MMJ and California Courts- Urgent help needed
please help me find all information possible for a very dear friend of mine, who has court next month.
rumor has it, a California medical marijuana patient/defendant has the right to decline answering a state's attorney or judge's request in court, for their condition in which they use cannabis... does anyone have any info on this, confirming this rumor? thanks |

Your Medical Records are protected under the Privacy Act-- However...if it is pertinent to the case, the Judge can court order an investigation, but I believe it has to be through a different Judge, to get an order to Disclose--
(I am 99% sure on this...although I am running on memory here...so you might still want to confirm--  )
