how many plants?
hello i just moved to nl, can enybody tell me how many plants i can grow legal? per home? per person?

Legaly according to the Dutch law you can't have ANY..., but in the Netherlands are 5 plants for own use tolerated... But, when neighbours complain about smell, or noise from the place where you are growing, the police might take them away, but you don't hear anything anymore from "them". 4 years ago they raided the Canna Embassy and they took 8 plants with them and arrested 3 people. They wanted me to pay Euro 850,00, but I took it to court., because I wanted to hear from the judge how many plants I could grow for my own use. After court I got Euro 500,00 on 2 years probation.. The judge said to it: "Mr. ...... if you got more then 5 plants in the coming 2 years and the police is coming again you have to pay the Euro 500,00 fine. So I keep myself to the 5 plant limit overhere. Better a "little" quality smoke than no smoke at all!! I hope you will enjoy your stay overhere O and good luck with your grow... Peace, G.A.

The biggest problem will not be the police if you grow outdoor, but a safe terrace, or balcony, where nobody can rob your crop, because some people are too lazy to grow their own... Like they robbed one of my neighbours plants last weekend... Take care and stay safe... Respect, G.A.

Hey Obywatel-X,
When you have only five plants and your neighbours take no offence the D.A. will not prosecute you. May a Dutch friend can translate this site for you: https://www.justitie.nl/onderwerpen/c...ugs/softdrugs/  The other thing is some landlords will try to kick you out if the contract says they can. Even if you won't be prosecuted by the D.A. To put it in other words take your precautions smell control etc .... and don't tell anybody  Stay save |
