lowryder x mazar autoflowering?
Hello.
I purchased lowryder x mazar seeds at hanf dot ws. I planted a germinated seed on jun 30. Though the plant is a full, bushy 12 inches tall and showing pre-flower pistils, it appears to be stuck in the vegetative stage. I know this is a jointdoctor seed but thought maybe others could offer advice. do i need to throw it into a 12/12 photoperiod? it is presently in 24/0. highbred appears to be down thanks in advance. ef |

Yeah I do not believe that cross had made it to 100% AF so I would go ahead and drop it into 12/12. Also if you ever have a question about Autoflowers and its not a MD or JD strain go ahead and ask if we can help we are going to. S_a_H

F1 crosses with Lowryder DO NOT auto-flower. You must cross 2-3 times with Lowryder and its prodginy to get AF. Then you must inbreed repeatedly.

Although F1s of lowryder x "regular strains" do not autoflower, I am guessing they will have a shorter flowering time than the original strain crossed with the lowryder? Hanf dot ws have a bunch of interesting F1 crosses, do you think any of them would have a short enough flower period to make it at slightly below 60 degrees north?
Viking 90 x Lowryder Blueberry x Lowryder Mazar x Lowryder Neville's Haze x Lowryder Santa Maria x Lowryder Soma's N.Y.C Diesel x Lowryder Or am I completely wrong? I mean, a Neville's Haze x Lr, for example, grown to harvest outdoors would be a dream!

I dont believe it will shorten the flowring time. If you start them at 12/12 from the start then they will finish faster.

No I am not positive. However it seems with it being a recessive trait, that it either 100% auto-flowers or it doesn't. Im not sure there is a middle ground, in fact I strongly believe it will not shorten the time. Im learning everday though, so Im still studying this, so I'm not garaunteeing anything ![]() Thats why I wish Highbred was up and running. I talked to JD, and he said there is some sort of a revamp with the domain going on, and he wasnt first notified, and is pretty upset about that.

I think some of you are talking about the LR cutting down the overall flowering time, while MDanzig is talking about LR making the onset of flowering earlier.
I think it does both to some extent. |
