High cway, the parents are both from the serious seeds stable to,it'll be nice to see how yours compare to mn,so far i've found 2 main phenotypes,1 is a mostly sativa musky hazy smelling plant that takes 11-12 weeks to bloom ,the other a mostly indica with real fruity tasting big fat nuggets with a 9-10 week flowering period .

[quote=mitsu1]foomar..Nice!!! It wont be long till you fire some up..Enjoy!!

These Fat Russian were a joy to grow..5/5 germinating...3 female 2 male..1- Chronic pheno, 1- White Russian pheno and 1- 60/40 White Russian/Chronic..clones easily..Good eaters/drinkers..grow well topped or tree style..(I topped the chronic pheno and left the others)..Plant stretch is about 2x un-topped...All 3 are very resinous..The smells are wonderful, sweet- hazy- spicy/peppery..yum! The yield is high..multiple z's no problem..So far, a real winner..My prediction on the smoke is that it tastes sweet/spicy with skunky undertones and that the high is a potent sativa high with an nice body buzz..Now let me see how right I was!! Smoke Report coming!!
I'm thinking the OH x Chronic might be next.. I think your male will work well with the haze..Has the price thing been fixed?....mitsu

High mitsu,i'm glad to hear you like the fat russians so far,and you should get a sativa high from these lady's that gets you right between the eyes and yes i've sorted the price problem out now, anyway i'll look forward to your smoke report.

Here they are . 39 days into bloom.. THis is a organic grow I used Harry Frog potting soil, Egg Shells, Worm Castings, and pearlite as my medium.. For bloom I have been using AN iguana juice bloom and enzymes.. I keep the ph at 6.2.. One was topped and the other suppercropped.. So far so good.. Really can go wrong with these two champs.. My crosspollination of two was a accident. I had a chronic male in my last grow ( I know that was stupid but it turned out for the best as I have a ton of crosses now ) and didnt realize and my whole crop got seeded.. Power Plant, White Whidow, WR, Flo, and bubble gum.. Of these two Fat Russians One def has that Musky Sweaty Cab Driver smell.. ( in a good way ) and the other has more of a piney fruity smell..

Ill post some pics once they finish...

Happy Growing Folk...

There coming on a storm ,glad to hear you got 1 of each phenotype and is it the bigger of the 2 with the sweaty/muskycab drive smell and the smaller the fruity 1?

The musky pheno might take a week or 2 longer(10-11 weeks) than the fruity pheno(8-9 weeks).

If you dont mind ill share some white whidow chronic cross pics that i have from the same seeded crop that I am growing out.. Seroius seed stock as well.. As for the Fat Russians I think that the fruity pheno more resembles the chronic in taste and the musky pheno favors the mom. The WR mom that got seeded was some very musky semi spicy semi sweet wet kithen rag yet a bit of body ordor flavour type smoke but in a good way as crazy as that sounds. Its pretty hard to describe but im sure you know what I mean..

This girl is also 40 days into bloom.. I guess we can call her the Fat Lonely Bitch.. Hehehehe..

Get it ....whidow, lonely .... Ok .. Sorry for the corny humor..

Ill tell you what I love growing all the new crosses I have from seed becuase its like a OPENING UP A BOX OF CHOCOLATES>> YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOUR GONNA GET>. ( Run Forest Run Forest.. )

There looking very nice cway, and the fruity pheno is defiantly from the chronic father side and i've got a musky/woody/sweaty ars smelling Fat Russian as well, but the White Russian i use is a sweet & sour smelling plant and i think the musky/sweaty smelling plant proberly comes from the AK47 side of the White Russian mother.

Day 68 and the end is in sight.

Around 20% amber/dark and no fresh hairs , takeing the bottom half now and the top in a few days.
A few bits force dried for a couple of days had a strong fruit taste and a rush of a hit.
Plant smells like Vimto/mixed fruit with an underlying odour of death and decay , sort of over ripe and starting to rot.

Smells better than it sounds !

Yield is going to be good considering its small footprint and 4.5 litre pot and haveing to share a 600w with 20 odd other plants and i estimate around 100 gram dry of grade one bud for very little effort on my part.

Think i may have a keeper here , the next run of this cut will up the yield and i may throw six in hydro to see what they can really do.

Thanks Mat , these are the kind of crosses would love to do myself but growing these is the next best thing.

Lemon stinkys now in flower and looking good , will post pics when they look interesting.
