They really are gorgeous plants HC. I particularly like the look of that more sativa pheno. How do they smell at this stage? Oh, and can you tell me about how you use the molasses? Do you notice benefits from using it?

Any increase in sweetness, or trich coverage is therefore indirect. I dont understand the mechanisms involved, but it is possible that sweetness is increased, but it is not likely to be due to direct carbohydrate uptake. - Ez |

molasses,molasses,molasses...h ehe yeah i love molasses. to me it is, simply put it, best catalyst you can get.specially when you recycle your mix.it will stimulate growth of beneficial microorganisms. then there are other benefits i find.taste of buds gets much better. i believe you can flush your plants with molasses till the harvest. molasses its not a fertilizer. i just used it for a year on and off. and still experimenting with it.i use one tbs per gal every time i water.i never try the molasses from the supermarket. i think they are not as good as the true horticultural molasses. it is not for human consumption.its more raw and more beneficial for your plants. here are some i have used. the empty bottle one was a very thick molasses, the dirty bottle one as you see its much thinner molasses but still good. these are very good products i recommend. and the plants enjoy the sweet soil, hehe girls are filling up sweetly peace

I use gradma's molases the stuff from the supermarket and it works great. I mix a large handful of wormcastings, some mocha bat guano, 2 tsp molases, five gallons of water and bubble it for 36-48 hours. The stuff froths up real nice and my plants/roots have never looked so good.
nice pics HC. can't wait to see some more in a couple of weeks. |

well the girls are not showing any deficiencies. they are the tallest plants in the room now, hehe i never trim them, so they growing tall. a nice trim job in veg will do them good next time. not much smell yet,but its coming, hehe here how they look today,we can see some differences in bud structure now, from the sativa leaning pheno,to tight and sticky indica buds. ![]() peace
