Question Hawaiian Snow seedling question

I recently popped a pack of the Hawaiian Snow, got 5 out of 5 to open, growing small tails compared to some of the other 9 strains in the room. My question is this, is slow initial growth normal? They seem kind of frail, being pale and less developed than their neighbors. I want to use the best one or two Onion smelling girls as clone mothers, but I'm concerned that their lack of vigor will make them very hard to take cuttings from. I have my seedlings in a mixture of Ocean Forest and large chunk perlite in solo cups. They are getting 1k of MH lighting at the top of a small, 4x4 shower. They were getting a lot of water, but now that they are 2in. they should be able to handle wet/dry cycles, so if it is a case of nutrient lockout due to over-watering, it should clear up. I have 75 other little buddies that are doing really well, with my D39's already on their third leaf-set, not counting the cotyledons. Any help would be much appreciated, also, anyone have a preference between the smoke of this plant and the SSH?
