Actually, that is Hercule, an Enlghish Mastiff and the largest dog in the world, according to the Guinness folks....is not fake.
He is 128kg and 97cm at the shoulder.

its fake, and it looks that way the feet dont match up with the grass. plus you can see where they smudged the pic a bit above the dogs head to try and make it blend better.
