Hiya IF the widows a nice line i grew her from seed once and selected a fem i found the seed plant went basicly 10 weeks in flower or just over and the clone came in around 65 days max.
I found a few that stretchet in flower a little and some had no real stretch once put intyo flower. You going to grow her in or out soil or hydro ?. |

Not really sure what is going on in this thread but let's get back to the point of it...BW reports are available just do a search or go to www.mrnice.nl to see all the details of BW under strain information....all the best Sb

Hi all
it is recommended to switch the lights to 10/14 and possibly 8/16 for sativa dominant plants...try which ever you feel and tell us if you see a result.all the best Sb

i usually run like this with the sativas :
12 to 11 ...the first 1\3 of bloom(2-3 weeks) 11 to 10... the second 1\3 of bloom (3-4 weeks) 10 to 8 ..the end of the bloom (3-4 weeks) ps...supersilver haze it seems to react well even if you don't goes down to 12\12

Good to know about the light approach ....just got thru growing out some BW's that a local nursery /dispensary in Oakland has been providing clones from a selected mother from your breeder packs . I know you fellows did suggest that this was a wonderful plant and would amaze if she was provided the "right" treatment which knowing more of the full details of would greatly enhance the success of anyone trying to grow her out . Always thought it would be lovely for those creators with most of the first hand experience, would to go into a little more more detail regarding growing out their strains ....as they wax poetic in their description phase ;o) Does the strain do well in hydro vs soil ....like more nutes or less and at what stages ....sensitivities to hot or cold ..more waterings or less . etc etc . Was less than happy with the last round of BW's and especially after drying though the plants looked about as healthy as could be . There's an art to growing out strains with special needs ...just wished i could know more specifically what they are/were . Know anyone i could ask that really knows this plant well , for any of that --->more specific info ? lol ( nice if breeders would just go ahead and mention that info when they verbally soar above the atmosphere describing the strain ...that would be lovely ) regards ;o) t2 BW's @ 55 days or so , dried buds were very fairly running with no density and very green tasting as well ...and needing lots of cure ...they should have gone longer i know but this being the 2nd run decided this would be the last with this strain for me . Wonder what could have been done differently ? Kept nutes fairly low , rinsed well with r/o never above 1000 and rinsed at the end . Lights were at 11/13 grown on r/w & slabs w/GH lucas form ....very finicky plant i guess, this tea was just not inspiring enough for me <g * Beautiful in veg , looked promising in flower ... but a let down in the end ![]() [img] Last edited by terran2; 09-11-2007 at 07:58 AM.. |
