I have never smoked hash and am very interested in the differences between it and maryj and the way it tastes and mostly is it worth it to make a little bit like use 1/2 outta my normal 6 oz grows.

Why not just take your trimmings and make a lil? Its a lot clearer high than Bud, because you don't smoke all the vegatation that comes with it. Just the high. I love the buds tho.

Hash (kif) for me is sweeter and harsher than regular bud. It expands like a mothafucka in your lungs, so take small hits till you know what your smoking. Too much at once can hurt.

With ya Blatant. I smoked kif for the longest time and finally got tired of it. After a cooling off period to get my tolerance down, I began to smoke buds and really enjoyed it all over again. Now I grind my buds and mix it with kif powder, about 3:1, and do one hits and roll joints. Heaven.....

Now that 3:1 thing sounds like something id be into and the reason why i havent tried making hash yet is my grows are small just enough i barely make it. I wonder if it would be in my best interest to make a lil out of a 1/2 or so. I dont get very much trim.
I have this insatiable urge to try hash ive heard that expanding thing before and didnt understand it but you cleared that up thank you.

hey mos

try the hash first from another source. if you have a small harvest, it's not worth to have a material loss of 90% of the buds for a peace of hash

i smoked over 25 years all kind of hash and today just a few a week. buds are healthier i think.
