Here's my firs attempt at Hydro, using Techna Flora nutes, a 5gal Bubbler I Made and my 270w hps + 2 fluoros I added at day 65 to fill in the blanks left by my cut down (soil grown) G13xG13s

California Orange from Nirvana Today at day 70, 25 to go

THC density!

Wow you are going to let those go another 25 days? THey look almost done to me.I would think they would be done alot sooner then that. But im sure you know better then me. You say they have already been in flower for 70 days?? thanks

That's possibly the stickiest looking Nirvana example I have ever seen. And I've worked a few of their strains. Maybe I should have/have to try the Cali Orange?.? Nice work. It doesn't look like it needs 25 more days to me either.

Amazed by the flowering time?
It's my 5th Cali Orange grow from the same clone and I found out that it's all in the ratio of cloudy, amber and clear trichomes, I use a 60x to 100x hand held microscope to check them. Besides, It's STILL growing. I will update photos in one week so you can all see.
This one at 70 days Flowering has roughly half brown hairs and is going for it's last and most impressive FATTENING UP period.

Before, when I grew them in soil, I let them go for 105 days of flowering and you wouldn't imagine the fruitier and stonier they get compared to samples taken say at Day 70. Since this is my first hydro, I suppose it'll be ready at 90 or 95days

Plural of G13 BackCross are suppposed to be ready at 55 to 65 days but 85 days will give you a higher quality smoke. checked.

Maybe soma's saying, good things come to those who wait, applies to most kinds of pot ( I said most so don't dispute me ) and we're just to eager to smoke and to sell seeds and say "yeah this one matures in 56 days". MAYBE A FREAKY PHENO!

Right on. Your pistils are still not dried and curly. No amber to speak of on further inspection. I'm paranoid of hermies and wouldn't go much past 70 days with anything unless it's a Haze (I don't grow much that goes longer then 65 days period). Like I said earlier those are the STICKIEST Nirvana pics out there that I have seen. No doubt about it. You got that sucker dialed in.

very nice indeed! Cali O is a crazy grower! My friend from another site grew them out in a 20 gal tub and they were monsters!!! They went about 90 days.

Make sure to leave us with a smoke report. I have some of these seeds that I got as freebies but I dont really know a lot about the smoke
