is it to late to get plants in the ground??

no its most deffinitly not......you probly wont get monsters but youll get enough veggin to get something. so go for it. what are you going to be growin out?

i found some arcata train wreck clones that are about 8" and couple mango clones. Im still shopping around and trying to get as many as i can.

Yeah you should be fine considering its not even officially summer yet !!!!!

Let me put it this way, I put 3 plants (couple year back) in on July 14. They were small 8"< and I got a pound off of them.
