Uncle Bunks Funk

Fifteen seeds all popped within 24 hours and grew away at a fast pace.
Five females and five males and five were eaten by the cat at seedling stage.

28 days under purple enviros then 3 days 12/12 followed by 16 hours natural greenhouse light.

Now at day 50 from seed , all showed sex by day 40 females first.

Cuts have been taken and rooted well from some plants intend to take a few more to bush them and flower in about a month.

Until i started hacking bits off they looked like clones rather than seed.

Wish i could have made use of the males but will use them in an air layering thread for practice.

Am impressed with the vigourous growth and the pics do not reflect the healthy glow they seem to have , these and some Head g13s stand out a mile amongst a room full.

Nice looking plants foomar. I have always thought about using air layering but never did.

Four are now ten days into flower and moveing fast.
Managed to get 8 - 10 clones off each and they root fast and near 100% in the bubbler.
All five were almost identical like clones till i stripped them for cuts and they still have an unusualy healthy look.

Normally i would do some serious training but the only way i can flower a huge number of plants is to let them stretch a bit and cram them in tight.

Dont flower anything nowadays untill i have a rooted cut as backup and growing out as many strains as possible looking for keepers.

Twenty four days in and they are starting to fill out nicely.

Four are almost identical as were the males and they are starting to smell a bit fruity.

No attempt at training this time round and everything has stretched a bit but trying to flower 30+ plants under a 600 was never going to be easy.......

Another week and they are just getting on with it with little attention , tomatoe ferts and quite a lot of spidermites.
Smell low unless disturbed and fruity/bubblegum is as best as i can describe it.
If you touch a bud it sticks to your finger which is a good sign i think.

Looking good Foomar. They have put on quite a bit of new buddage since the last update. What is the N-P-K on them tomato ferts?
