so i tried to prove the critics wrong.....

being there has been some things said about bad germ rates with soma's stock.
so i decided to run my 2nd strain of soma's.
i bought some nycd last year and had 2 out of 8 beans pop. no biggie it happens sometimes.
i recently saw some amnesia haze up on seedbay, so i picked up a pack.
being that soma is a legend amongsts men in the cannabis world, i'd give his stuff another shot to show that these germ rates were an anomally.
i got my beans, along w/ some trinity charity beans from rez, wonder kush, amnesia haze and some wally's c99 x GF freebies.
i planted all 50 beans i got.
10/10 chemdog d x sour d ibl
8/10 snowdog x sour d ibl
7/10 wonder kush
6/10 c99 x GF
and 1/10 on the amnesia haze.
i'm certain my germ techniques work well because i'm at least 80-90% success all the time.
i use peat plugs in a tray w/ heating mat and dome.
it has been 6 days since i planted them and don't think any more will be coming up.
i even tried to coerse the beans after 4 days by helping crack them.
i figured since the AH was up on seedbay it would be some new stock that they probably just recieved from soma.
i guess this wasn't the case?
i don't know what to say, my last trim to adam, AH was the only weed that i purchased twice when i was there.
it was absolutely magnificant bud.
im just alittle bummed, if i could at least of gotten 1 male and 1 female i could have made some f2's and looked there for a good keeper.
but i guess it wasn't meant to be :(
now i'm not here trying to bitch and get something for nothing, i just want to know why these problems are happening lately?
soma's stuff is all stellar but i'm very hesitant on buying anymore of his stuff due to the poor germ rates.
if they were $20 seed packs i probably would continue, but at over $100/ pack......
can you blame me?

i didnt write this looking to flame or get flamed, i just want a little explantion and will be content with that.

BeastBodyMovin will become famous soon enough
Hi Franck,

Feel sorry for you and understand your point, such a pain in the ass when you got a bad germed rate and that you know you're doing fine.

Amnesia Haze is a very good weed, long way to go, but you get it back in the end.

Did you raise the dormance?

I had also bad germed rate with NYCD, I think that Soma has nothing to do with it, but resailer yes.

Sometimes you don't even know if seeds are stored properly, and because of Soma's prices, I think that we may have some old seeds sometimes.

My 2 cents.

I believe Soma did have to. You have been calling Soma out.

Soma is such an outstanding guy from everything I've ever heard. So with Soma being such a great guy, Soma HAD to. It is who he is.

[edit] Ok so maybe I worded it wrongly. All I think is that Soma is such an outstanding guy; If anything is brought to his attention he is going to do his best to correct it. He is a good guy, and good people aren't out there to screw people.
