Very informative post.
hola siever. these girls are the harvested plants,
with around 2 nodes of bottom buds for revegging.
all were grown bonsai style, and rarely got over 1ft. tall.
(small pots)

cheers LT. she may be able to finish in around 16-17wks next time around.
(if her reveg works out)
her bud, bottom, compared with a green haze from this harvest...

aroma from both the purple bud, and her reveg stump,
is lightly sweet "berrywood"- beautiful.

saludos

Also working my way thru the thread, but would like to ask are their any reports to which type of indoor light this strain would appreciate more? (i don't think outdoor is a possibility i'm in around the 44*-45* on the inland) Yes i understand it will be a daunting task to tame them for indoor growth I am more than up for the challenge.

thanks
Hi Maple_Flail,

Your Oldtimer's Haze pack comes from the latest reproduction done with the strain using mainly Green Haze phenos.

Oldtimer's Haze line is too tropical to be grown outdoors at 45º latitude in a continental climate, but it can be grown indoors with a bit of patience and keeping under control her stretching in the first weeks of flowering, it's much easier to grow Oldtimer's Haze indoors from clone than from seed, old sativa clones tend to switch to flower much faster than from seed. Oldtimer's Haze hybrids are much easier to grow indoors than 'pure' Oldtimer's Haze.

You can flower Oldtimer's Haze indoors with HPS or MH lights, or both.

Hope it helps.

ended up taking her down 2dys shy of 19wks.
her reveg is starting to put out the goofy reveg growth...

the wispy wheat pheno also ended up turning purple towards the very end,
which you can see in her reveg...

took her exactly 1wk after the first purple, the last of this haze grow,
along with the tallest green haze.

the rest of the hazes were harvested in the time between.
so, this oldtimers haze flowering went almost 20wks total,
add 5wks for seed-launch and a bit of veg and you've got
yourself a half-year long little project.

airy sativa revegs need to be kept from dry winter air,
so got 'em in their own private idaho's, and sitting
under very bright 5000K LED flood-light replacements.
purple wheat pheno, right...

unlike halogen, etc. these LEDs provide
natural color balance picture results

saludos
Thanks for the explanation LowFalutin,

You are becoming a real expert growing these kind of extreme tropical sativas indoors in small spaces, and for being able to reveg them without problems

Hope you have found interesting parental plants in this new batch to continue with your sativa breeding projects

Yep, it's amazing how this tropical sativa genetics can reveg even in very late flowering!

purple haze reveg,
23dys from harvest...

the other haze revegs are just beginning to show new shoots.
the purple one, above, really took to it and is moving faster.
been slowly trimming the buds back as the new foliage comes on,
to get the flowering hormones out of her system.

i try to keep reveg's (and freshly taken clones) in the green zone...

vapor pressure deficit

saludos

I just flipped one of these about 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't shown sex. Hoping for a female, but if it's a male, I won't let the pollen go to waste. Now I have a spot to post pics when/if I have any.
