My wife makes this in a crock pot, it's super easy and very addicting.
2lb pakage of Velveta cheese 1 can Rotel tomatoes Chop the Velveta into cubes drop in the crock pot with the Rotel until the cheese is melted. Grab any kind of fritos or chips and watch it dissappear. |

Chili Dip II
Here's our version:
Grate/shred 8 oz bar of Monterey Jack w/peppers (Pepper Jack) into a microwave safe bowl. Stir in 1 can no bean chili and a couple dashes of Tabasco (or more to taste) Microwave 4 or 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

This is a great thread idea! It's really a shame that I can't cook worth a shit, haha.

Whats with all the bean haters? hehe... kidney beans are pretty good in chilli. Fiber is good for you!
The very first recipe in this thread reminds me of something I used to get at the "fair" in GA with my grandparents. They called it a Frito Pie, although it didn't resemble a pie in the least but it was delicious.. basically, take one of those small bags of Fritos, plop some chilli, cheddar cheese, and fresh chopped onions right into the bag... eat with spoon. Sounds weird, but soooo good. And also horrible for you, but whatever, haha..
