Burmese delight
Hi all, I'm new here but not new to growing
Here are some pics of one of my plants. She's a Burmese delight from Reeferman seeds. It's about ten weeks since the seeds popped and she's now six days into 12/12. She was vegged under a 70w HPS and is now residing in a cabinet under a 250w HPS. She is in a mix of peat, compost, loam and perlite and is currently feeding on earthjuice products, maxicrop seaweed and some humic. She drinks only the finest rainwater The overhead pic is from a week or so ago. Hey Miquel, this is a strain on my list for sure.........I know that it is a quality smoke and apparently can yield real well if you grow out and find the big baby, good luck.

Whats the background on the Burmese man?
Sounds interetsing and looks pretty nice, got to love a smooth n' easy grow. I like your medium mix. Plants look very happy indeed. |

Hi leeroy,
The BD is from Reeferman seeds. It's a cross of a fast flowering P1 Burmese and a fast Humbolt Indica male. The guy I know who's grown it said it tastes like violets, really perfumy and floral. He told me the high was great too, all in the head and potent with it I'm not entirely happy with my mix, the organic compost I use has (I think) got a little too much manure in it. It's ok perfect with the bigger plants but the babies ain't enjoying it. It's funny, I've used many bags of this compost in the past and not had problems I'm working on a new mix at the moment. I'm getting there! I've dumped the compost and I'm now adding a little manure. I'll probably add some worm castings as well, although the plants in the new mix are doing well anyway. I'm after a soil I can keep, nurture and re-use. It is therefore important that the ingredients I start with are the best (to my mind at least!) I can find. It's taken a while but I am close now
