Whats going on everyone....this is my first time using coco so I need some major advice fellaz.... i have 18 plants in 2.5 gallon square containers using 100% Canna Coco as my medium. I'm using and Ebb and Flow set up so I'd like to know how many times a day should a I flood and drain and for how long? Pics of my new set up will be coming within a few days..I just got my clones today and they're under a 400 watt MH...should I go 18/6 or 24 hours..I'm veggin for 3 weeks...thank u guys so much !

sup oswizzle, welcome to the coco forum

i have been rocking some ebb'n'flow coco for my flowers, and i have them feeding two times a day, for 15 minutes each time, and it is working out perfectly...

theres plenty of variables that will play into how many times you want to feed, how big is your res going to be??? what kind of timers do you have??? (the lowest setting on mine is 15 mins, so thats the smallest amount of time i can flood)..ect.

I've got Digital timers...and I have a 30 gallon res feeding a 3x6 tray...so are using 100% coco in ur medium and nothing else mixed into it? If your timer had lower settings would u change it?

nice one man, i look forward to seeing some more ebb and flow coco grows.

i would use the coco pure, with a layer of hydro ton at the bottom if you want. but there is nothing to be gained by mixing the coco with perlit or hydro ton. it's perfect the way it is. i think 2 floods a day is plenty, 3 would still be cool too, as long as they are short floods.

good looking out guys....what times of day should I water during Veg and Flowering? If I'm vegging then out with 24 hours of Light or 18/6 should Watering be the same?
