What happened to the Pure Thai? I remember seeing it listed years ago and haven't seen it since.

I tried to germinate some pure thai along with Original Haze 2 years ago and non popped. I think it was old stock. Im trying to germinate 'the pure' right now but they look quite old too.

I have heard very good things about FD's pure thai. I'd love to try her one day! dubi

Hey good luck on germing those Thai's. Did you germ all of the Hazes? Those are two strains I want to try, Pure Thai and Original Haze.

Well JJ NYC,

I tried to germinate Pure thai and Original Haze 2 years ago without luck. None of them finally popped. I think im having similar experience with their 'pure' (skunk). 3 days in water and nothing.

It was very interested to try some FD's IBLs

, but seems germination rates are not good. Seeds were a little bit old anyways, maybe 2-3 years old when i tried to germinate them.

dont worry dubi, the pure (skunk) takes a lil longer to germ. i put the seeds directly in a soil medium, 100% germ rates with skunk. the first was showing up in a week or so ..and the last came out after 2 weeks if i remember good. the only bad thing was the male/female ratio. i got only 2 female skunks from 11 plants (but i was more lucky with other strains at the same time, 80% female with the White Russian

though 3 daze in water is relative long, i hope for you that some life will appear.

Heh, luck seems to be the operative word with The Pure. While I also had 100% germ rate, 2/3 were female.

Hold on, you soak them in water for 3 days? That can kill them from lack of oxygen (if they sink)...

OGer from 2000-2006. I have had Original Haze that was almost like acid, unexperienced smokers would white-out or pass-out, or throw up after a toke or two... Oh, and it was Euphoric to say the least.
