DEARBORN, Mich. - A police officer in this Detroit suburb was allowed to resign after admitting he took marijuana from criminal suspects and, with his wife, baked it into brownies.

The department's investigation began with a 911 call from Sanchez's home on April 21, 2006. On a 5-inute tape of the call, obtained by the Free Press under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, Sanchez told an emergency dispatcher he thought he and his wife were overdosing on marijuana.

"I think we're dying," he said. "We made brownies and I think we're dead, I really do."

but says in case of overdose basicly lie down and you may take a nap
for what you have to consume.. its 1500 pounds in 15 minutes of like 4%stuff.. now if u have brownies or concentreate (hash, trichs, oil)
it wouldnt take much to OD..

i mean no one could ever OD lethaly off pot on accident.. youd pass out before lethal dose is reached (ud need somekind of delivery system to keep it going while u passed out)

you would have to be attempting sucide and consuming allot..

you can OD off THC if Injected Via IV and it dont take that much.. (more becouse ud be dilluting u blood so much to get that much in there (ya it will do damage but the dilution starts first and worse)

but consider this it takes very lil few grams of nicotene to Kill you.. but weed even in concentrate like nicoten (no other substance) u still need a Ocean full compared to nicotene..

most other drugs would have Boiled off allready also (acid, meth few others) at backing temps. so it wasnt laced IMPO

LOLOL.. I know exactly how this guy was feeling. I once bought two big ginger/pot cookies from a beautiful naked lady at Wreck Beach in Vancouver. She warned me to eat only ONE, but in the 30 degree C heat of the afternoon and several beach beers, I didn't feel any effects after about 90 min. So I ate the other one and about 3 min later the first one kicked in with a vengeance. A bit later, we had to leave.. just as we approached the long stairs to climb back to civilization, the other cookie kicked in and joined the party. That climb to the road, which his a bit of a workout at the best of times, made me feel like I had died and gone to hell..
