Not sure entirely what this mystery 25% strong fruity sativa is/was. I was told at one point it was of columbian/mexican origin. I thought it may be a pheno of nevilles haze or jack herer but the answer i got was just columbian/mexican. I also think the old release in 2005 had more chance of these tall fruity sativa phenos. I think something changed slightly after they were burglarized. There is something slightly different than c99 about the high. Im also curious if the fruity sativa was the one that carried the semi-autoflowering gene. I think it was, cause i see theyre new c99 takes 4 weeks to mature while the grapefruit was only 1 week and it could be put on 12/12. I would like to buy the s1 of the strong fruity sativa! If you still have that clone could you bring it to market femaleseeds team. Pleeeeze?

Grapefruit seems like a keeper + there seems to be alot of people in here with alot of experience growing it.

How well would you say Grapefruit would do in a Micro with CFL's? Space would be about 16"D, 26"W, 35"H.

Oh the good old grapefruit. That was one of my first serious indoor endeavours and I still remember thinking I didn't need any odor control and actually went awhile without it but then woke up to myself. I swear the smell during flower was intoxicating, like walking through a garden filled with imaginary fruits that smell, well like GF buds. The high was a strap me in and hold on kinda buzz which was fun too. Have a pack sitting waiting to be germed but since femaleseeds went for so long without GF as one of it's offerings I'm assuming this batch would be a fair bit different as the parents can't be the same...

Indeed, oh what a smell ! The scrubber took care of it nicely, but as soon as the cab doors would open, the whole room (and house if the doors weren't closed!) would fill up with a hefy pungent smell

I'm not sure why GF was off their list for so long, although I'm lucky to have a pack of their previous ones left (same as I grew) and a pack of their new ones too. Hopefully one day in the not too distant future i can get my cab rolling again and have these babies sit side by side to compare the phenos.
