anyways i have the room so i might as well go for it.
this time i'l use paper towels to speed up germination.
found another one of those terra cotta mini green house deals so i'l be using that for germing...

Wow, this should be fun!

Let me pull up a chair here to the front row so I can have a good view. This is the first I've heard of this HTC cross. Bub, when did you make this one? What was the goal for this cross?

well broMo..ive grown out BlueKiev...pretty freakin good if my memory serves me right..and c-99,from what ive seen is the bomb...
so lets hope i get past the germing stage...then everything will be good..

pretty embarasing...growing for years and i still have problems with germination......

btw....any help with germing this batch will be appreciated...

24 hours in the soak...just put them in paper towels....

when i germ, i wrap seeds in paper towel, place them in CD case, place near warm ducting, after 24 hrs i check about every 8-12 hrs, make sure i have clean hands, i roll each seed around checking for big crack on one side, using a "party" cup cut drainage holes it the bottom, make a hole with my thumb about 3/8" deep , gently rake medium over the hole, no packing. colored paper towels can release dye into/onto seeds, use distilled water if possible.

hopefully i wont f them up when i put them in the peat pots tonight..

these beans were a gift from a friend...

from what ive seen and heard c-99 is a winner...and the experince i have had with the BK...well this cross has to be a some quality medicine..
