ive never liked ducksfoot indoors , its not a spot on the outdoor ,, even the flavour is lacking ,,, a poor indoor performer to date ...

the smell is very light, sweet but almost missing. Probably a trait from the mother that was more floreal than citrus like Ducksfoots

Hello stoned folks,
here I am with the first promised report.

Califoot



Plants were harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November. The scent of mature buds goes from orange to candied lemon. Now, after drying and the first month of curing, it's more chemical, something like wet paint.
The taste is chemical/mentholed and leaves a sense of freshness into your mouth. I like to smoke it using a narghilè with very cold water to exalt this sensation.
The effect is a happy long lasting sativa high. Good for day-time but not devastating. When finished, it leaves you exactly like you were before smoking. You can easily enjoy a party laughing all the time or work on your pc and focus your mind.
The Ducksfoot dad surely added a stronger lemon aroma and a better up high as the mom was more balanced in effect.
If grown indoor, I'd suggest to start with 12/12 due to the potential tallness of the plants.

And....well, that's all for now. Ducksfoot F2s report to come in the next few days...I hope.

I gotta apologize for being disappeared the last month. When problems come, they always come all together at the same time.
Back to the subject: the Ducksfoot f2 jars are officially unreachable, so I can only tell you my old memories of them. All plants matured between the beginning and the end of November. Someone more potent, someone less but all with a nice up sativa high.
Almost 1/4 of females were odourless while the others had a citrus/lemon smell.
Seeing the other DF crosses I made, it seems that DF dads use to give this aroma to the progeny.
Like I said some posts above, I didn't find 2 parents that had the 3 traits I was lookin' for at the same time: webbed leaves, a more early flowering and a decent potency.
The early ones weren't webbed, the webbed ones weren't potent enough and so on. Next season I'm gonna start again from f2s hoping to be more lucky.

you think wally would mind if someone else started selling ducksfoot?
