^^^^Oooh Ahhh...dayum nice nice nice......ive been tyring to post on this HTC forum..but the new rules "you must post every 300 seconds(5 minutes)" is killing me. wow that pic ^ right above looooks nice.

Brother can you go into the odors and tastes(if youve sampled the dry buds yet) for us please?

That pic is of Blockhead. I posted up the pic because SPG was used in the cross to make it. As I have nothing in my gallery except that to speak of...with SPG in it. I was lucky enough to get that girl from a pack of freebies that I so selfishly grew out.

Smells from that blockhead are very lemony/pine sol/kerosene with a hint of mint thrown in for good measure. The taste is very much like diesel fumes soaked in Mr. Clean. The high is very euphoric and lasting.

I'll be getting to some more SPGxDC pics as soon as I get summore batteries for the cam. They have been topped and are vegging quite comfortably right now. I believe I have 3 fems out of 5 beans. I'll have to re-check that before I next update.

Just a quick update...as not to let this thread hang any longer. I had to take clones and cull the plants. The clones will eventually be flowered out...just not as soon as I expected. I'll update again when the time comes to flower out the clones.

Why did you have to cull? Did you get to finish any of them? Of all the DC crosses, this is one I'm watching very closely.

I have some seedlings in styrofoam cups, and was wondering how long it should take for the medium to dry out, to be ideal? I ask because yours look very happy.

Jet...I had to cull them due to a security issue. I took 2 clones from each tho and they are in stasis and will be flowered when the situation passes. They were getting big too when I cut them. I vegged for about 2 and a half months. I wanted to get them much bigger than the BubbaChunks to seriously increase their yield. Believe me...I'm not happy about having to cull them

Hopefully they will survive the stasis and be glorious once more.

East Valley....yeah, I really love my blockhead too...as it has SPG in it's genetic makeup. I had mine in 16oz. plastic cups when they were younger. I kept them in there to stress them a little, 'till they showed me their pubes. Smaller containers are good for that. I was watering every other day at week 2-4. After that, they got transplanted. As soon as they show preflowers, into the 6 inch squares. Mine were in their final home(2 gal squares) when I murdered them.

I wish i got a few pics before I did the deed...but it had to be quick, so there was no time.

I'm hoping to be back around fall time. At least I'll be able to watch the outdoor harvests here. I'll miss my girls, but I think the break will do me good. I been running strong for a couple years now with no breaks. I already informed Bub of my situation and I'll continue to drop in and help out....but I sure am gunna miss the growing. You guys better keep up the shows to get me through! Now all I have to do is figure out what I'm gunna do with all these BubbaChunk F2's I made?

I hope everything works out for you! Not sure what happened but sounds like compromised security. Please be safe. Hey if you can't find enough takers on them beans I'd love to be able to get em somehow, seedbay or however.

Ive heard so much about them but havent been able to find them on online shops at all?

What a bummer but its always better to be safe than sorry. But I love the breaks I take over the fall and part of the winter my anxity disappears for some reason. But I'll definatley keep my thread updated it's about to start getting fun!

This should be an excellent hybrid. SPG is a hell of a yielder and with the added funk from DC it should be a winner.
