The Rifleman
Remember that show? Its still on evenings on one of the pay movie channels.
My brothers and I used to love that show. I still do. The music is great and several early episodes were directed by Sam Peckinpaw. Its such a violent, masculine show and I strive to find messages in it relating to the cold war, and other timely things going on in the early 60's. The music is so dramatic. Now, if they would only bring Branded back.. LOL

the writers 4 the Rifleman were top notch; extremely dramatic. We should enjoy such programing today!! lol

I remember the show in fact for my 8th birthday I got a Rifleman rifle and it was great. Seems like many of the classioc tv shows are coming back.

yeah but they wont be nearly as much fun... my g/f and i get a kick out of Lucas shooting 5 people, and 2 minutes later Lucas mark and micah are laughing and going for some pie or something.

what kid in the 60's didn't want to be lucas mcain or have a father that was, lol.
conners played for celtics which was another reason he was idolized by me and my friends. is adam12 still shown anywhere? i'll never forget the lsd show, too frikkin funny. |

Great show watch many many re-runs as the westren channel is on non-stop here. Chuck was the real deal when it came to lever action no stunts I will say that..who would have figured though that like rock hudson he was gay...
