Anyone suffer from it? Do you use cannabis to ease the symptoms? Excuse the horribly intrusinve question but I gotta have some more information.

Ye, im a mad handwasher, and ornament str8ener, but the weed really helps, with it being an anxiety disorder, i have tried shitloaqds of anti-depressants and downers from the doc, but h8 the way they wipe me out, weed is what helps, and if i get busted, ill tell em in the cop shop, ill tell em in court, and ill tell em in the van on the way to prison.

hey Dr.,

Stay away from sativas. They cause anxiety and paranoia in people like us who suffer so terribly from anxiety, depression, social phobia and the such.

I am on 5 medications at the moment and have tried at least another dozen in the past. Marijuana is the only medicine that has worked. Indicas are what you should try. Northern Berry, NL #5, bubblegum, cripple creek and Big Blue are suppost to be the best for our problems.

I have looked into this quite a bit from many sources. Nothing works like marijuana.

Re: umm interesting

My brother is constantly straightening stuff, textbook ocd. But the poor guy, last couple of times he has tried to smoke cannabis (its been a few years) he has level 10 panic attacks, he is now deathly afraid of smoking herb, I have tried to convince him that there are diffeent types out there, and that we should be able to find him some that will help with his problems.

I hope perhaps I can be of some comfort to you and others with these disorders! I have experienced 2 severe panic attacks a few years ago now, feelings of deep anxiety and paranoia all accompany these symptoms and quite simply feeling like I was going to die, no breath, chest felt like it was collapsing thank goodness I was around a friend who new what I was experiencing. Now whether I can say for sure that this had anything too do with smoking or other I do not know. What I do know is that my GP thank god has prescribed me with what I think is the solution to my depressive and paranoid state...

She put me on a course of Seritonin pills and now I can safely say that all of these horrid symtoms and low self estime have gone completly diminished Now I read that hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK are being misdiagnosed and being prescibed all types of Anti Physcotics and other Mental type drugs

This is very hard to take on board that there are so many other patients out there who could benefit from Seritonan body treatment. For anybody wanting to go the holistic way or herbal the treatment that I am being given is basicaly Synthetic St John's Whart. Lack of seritonan is a horrible life existance and can wreck your social life completly.

I neither feel Paranoid on my smoke now or have any panic attacks prior too my treatment these all occured when indulging in smoking sessions. Prior to the treatment I know that anyone suffering with mental problems participating in any mind altering substances can simply intensify these anixous feelings!

I agree not in entirety with you feelings about medical practitioners Dr. D in that, I too am sceptical about the side effects of certain drugs prescribed. I also like most typical males do not go to the doctor unless at death's door! Though if I had not had this opportunity to be treated in the correct manor from this most debilitating mental condition I would to have been a basket case.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm currently smoking a more indica heavy cross, but I can certainly stand to fatten up those leaves some. Think I even have some BG Skunk #1. That's a pretty pure indica, right? If not, what is one?
