Ultra Haze Update
We finally covered the light on the heater, so no light is sneaking out.. There's been 4 nights of total darkness, but calyxes are starting to form and pistils are developing. The Ph was about 6.1, so we fed it Tiger Bloom to drop the Ph to 5.5. Hopefully we'll start to see buds form in a couple of weeks!!!Let us know what u think... peace

moppel ill update tomorrow night : ) sorry about that not our usual camera ... the temp in there was 85 while we were working but it was 81 when we came in.. We struggle keeping the temp just right because of late snow fall and low temps. it never gets too high or too low though... humidity is 20% but rises after we foilar feed ... the leaves feel nice when we come in though so I do not think we are having problems

hey whats up guys
updating today. Conditions have been fluxuating and temp has been my main concern. it was 89 degrees when i went in and rose to 91 but lowered after i closed up the room. humidity was at 26% but the texture of the leaf was nice so i was not all too worried. Since im growing in a soil medium drainage is always a big thing and im seeing a slightly higher level of water 4 to 5 inches down then at the bottom. Any thoughts on why this is happening? We have ran across this before when temps were in the 80's and once we got that under control the situation seemed to improve. I am seeing quite a bit of drainage each night but i was concerned to see my pH at 5.0 after 2 nights of water only, so i went ahead and added a few pinches of earth juice pH up to my half gallon for feeding. I know that the strain grows well in a more acidic soil so i try and keep pH around 6.0 to 5.5 depending on what she is looking like. Also after fixing the small light problem we had with our heater, the bud development seems to be coming on quicker but I am not sure as to what i should do about keeping track of its stages of development... in other words what should i be looking for in about a week!? All of your ideas help and I'd love to get some feedback and keep this thread up to date so leave me some thoughts! Big Grin peace easy guys and a happy early 4-20 !!! lets get some greenhouse strains goin outdoors! |
