Sorry guys I've been away for a bit. I had car trouble up in the mountains.

Anyways I was talking briefly to our hermano, Humito about the puna budder. I'm really more excited about this strain than anything I've seen in a while. Humito is very experienced with the old hawaiian strains and I really feel a seed company could be successful even if it worked solely with these gems he managed to pull away from their homeland. Its supposed to be a skimpy yielder. If you're like me however those words actually make me more interested. I've always felt the skimpiest flowers were more pretty and more psychedelic. Similar to many fruits. Strawberry plants that produce fewer smaller fruits are always better. Imo it's the smae way with figs, grapes, blueberries and blackberries. Now this isn't herb for those of us with anxiety problems especially with puna flowers that have been grown under intense sun. Humito has seen grown men who are very experienced smokers and psychonauts run away in fear after smoking puna flowers grown in the hawaiian sun.

I believe some hybrids will be available shortly but I'm not yet sure when then pure line will be available. I will be growing some outdoors this year in search of breeding plants and producing some personal smoke altering the light cycle so they will produce their resin during the days when the sun is its most intense and I will be certain to take pictures.

We may be giving these pure seeds away as freebies but I'm thinking many would like to buy this strain. The thinking is that since the seeds are a couple generations removed from the original acquisition they shouldn't be sold. However selling this line would allow us to make seeds available to more people.

Well since punany is an old jamaican and hawaiian word perhaps a cross with a blue mountain jamaican is more apropriate.

We have two hybrids made with the pure puna, a Indica cross and a cross to another inbred puna x afghani line. Both of which give a really strong almost exact copy of the pure Puna high, as the selected breeding plants are very dominant. We will be offering at least one of these Hybrids for sale at good buy now prices and will be making a accession of the Puna pure this year for giving away as freebies.

wow that sounds like the one. any pics of these hhf?

how would you characterize the aroma of the pure puna line? is it true these cherry-smelling plants come from hawaiian varieties? does the puna have a cherry/sweet side of the spectrum, or is it more like the herbal/mint scent of south american landrace?
