yup its a good book, im getting ready for somas grow bed method as soon as my clones are ready. its on his site for sure but the book is a little more in-depth.

but he uses hydrocorals/hydroton, probably no big difference.

in the bed it goes in layers: corals, plastic coated chicken wire, capillary felt root cloth (not 100% sure bout this one, i will just be using some weed cloth i spose) then some kickass organic soil.

One thing that I don't get is why the capillary felt rooth cloth should be 60cm X 60cm when the bed is 125cm X 125cm.

And what function does the chicken wire have on top of the hydrocorals under the roth cloth??
