My safe addy just called and said the package came. IT had a letter inside saying "Notice of Removal". Bla bla bla. You know that whole song and dance. My question is, now what? Am i out my beans? SHould I be worried about security and or future beans coming. I have ordered many, many times and never had this problem. Someone please let me know what's up.

Looks like customs got your beans. Might be time to find a new safe addy, but thats about it. I've never heard of anyone being busted for confiscated beans. You win some, you lose some. I'm sorry to hear that customs snagged your order.

Sorry to hear your beans were confiscated...

PM Dutchgrown and see if there is a chance of a resend with proof of confiscation...Take a pic of the packaging/letter you recieved..

I think Gypsy honors confiscations...With proof of course...Not 100% on this though..

If you cannot get anything done there then I will take care of you personally..
Do not get down as it will turn out better in the end,just a little delay to live with...

Now what seeds did you have coming??If they were Purp Urks then you may have to wait for new seeds...We will get it taken care of reguardless....

SunSim may have kept an extra pack of Urks but not sure...

Heres the deal.....

I have been informed:

Seedbay does not resend orders that were confiscated,period!

It does not appear that I can help this situation either without getting into hot water.......So for now I can only say I am sorry about your beans being taken....I would still like to see the package from the confiscation....

I do not want to lose my privelage to auction seeds at the Bay so I hope you can understand.....
JLP is the only one that can send out seeds on this site so please do not mention this as I know....

Before you judge me or the Bay sit back and think for a minute about sending stuff around this planet and the implications for doing so....

Nobody wants to fix this more than I do but logic points in another direction...
Maybe,and thats a maybe,,,on your next order(if you make one)I will see if I can throw something extra in there but I will have to see about that also...
