was wondering if DJ ever came out with a purple kush

a buddy is sending me some and i couldnt find any evidence that he infact released a purple kush. maybe im just too baked to find it but i cant :(

anyone?

I dop not ever remember purple kush mentioned, but Mr. A is right on, Dj realeased a line called blueberry kush back in the late 70's early 80's according to an article that I read from the man himself. As for the purple though, I cant say yes or no forsure, so lets all click our heels and maybe red will come with some info for ya .

The Purple Kush is a cali clone so probably not...

He started out in Detroit and went pacific Northwest....

Never heard Purple Kush mentioned in any of the articles he's written,I have them all.......

I'm in that camp that DJ Short had a purple kush before purple kush was even cool...

The Flo Mother clone will go full purple/black if left to go longer than 8 weeks and the weather is cool. Some mistake the buds for one of the 'cool kushes'... I let a seeded Flo Mother clone go nearly 10 weeks- (got a more dreamy longer lasting buzz) but the purple color dried to more of a black aspect with yellowish olive flowers...

I doubt DJ Short's team produces much un-seeded bud! Take a clue!

most kushes turn purple if left long enough. some more then others.

i think there wasnt a respected difference between afghanicas and indicas in the 70's. nor do people today recognize it much either. afghani can mean anything from afghanistan, even "kushes" which are true hash plants, d

ps just smoked some hashplant the other day, a cut from bc for who knows how long. very simialr to og kush, just rougher taste(25% nl#5), but very close on initial burn.
