OG busted... part 2!
well. something happend.
between you all, God, myself, and family.... perhaps just fate... how, I will not question. not at all. a call from my Atty today, bout 15 min ago actually. it appears that ALL 5 CHARGES will be dismissed. I will see my son born this summer, I will watch my daughter grow, I will be an available father. I will be an available mentor for those interested in breeding, I will be able to share my Exp in the past HTC work. as per my own decision, I do believe I will be taking this season off, from growing and seed production, at the verry least, nothing will be announced on open forum. the exact nature of this dismissal I have yet to learn.. I will share what I can without exposing myself as I learn the details. I just kissed my napping daughter on the forehead.. If only she knew what dad has gone thru the last 7+ months, my fears, etc.. Im happy tho, she will know no difference... thats what actually matters.. OMFG.... omfg................ I think Im still in shock....... I AM still in shock...... slap each other for me! it is a good DAY! it will take me some time to get back on my feet.. the losses are still the losses, monetary, mentally, physically. its all taken a toll, and will take time to regain my stamina that I not long ago represented. Much love, to EVERYONE who supported me thru this all. My thanks list will be posted soon! peace fuggers! YEEEEE fuggin HAAAAW!

Congrat's OG, Glad to hear things worked out in the end. I knew you and the family where stressing like hell. This is far beyond GREAT news. Just Awesome, I'm very happy for you and the family. Enjoy your freedom, but i'd be alittle worried till you sign or get whatever paper work from lawyer. Make DAMN, sure everything is done and over with.
