Down to Earth COCO?

Anyone used Down to Earth before? It comes in bricks like the GH Grotech. My local store stopped carrying them unexpectedly and the only other thing I can find right now is Down to Earth bricks. The package doesn't say weather or not they are preflushed, the only thing it really says is the the PH is 5 something to 6.8. Also it says they are from a place that I can't possibly spell, shrilonca to be a fool, and I remember someone saying something about the coco from there, but I can't remember what.
Any input will be appreciated.

when in doubt, flush it out. Sri Lanka, India produces a lot of coco coir. Unfortunately most of it lays on an ocean beach for a few years gathering salt from the fresh ocean air. I rinse them all out, Botanicares too.

PaPa Bear!!!

Great to see you over here as I haven't been to cannabis.com much since I found this coco forum.

I ordered Sunleaves coco block which I love but it does need to be flushed

I would love to know how your med grows are going these days. Is your new room the cats meow?

Peace! I love you -Cali

atamis Bcuzz blocks are nice and coarse and it as well needs flushing...might be able to find them in your area.

Also you may check pet stores , I have read recently that coco is being sold as a reptile bedding

but no matter what you use you should flush the coco well...

Thanks for the input folks. I guess I will go with the deep flush.
CG, room is good and the coco grows have been nice. Have about 7 dif strains going, mostly local strains with the exception of an AK 48 set of beans that are only about 10 days old. I have 10 in flower and about 10 about to go under the other 1K light. Have my daughter comming so I have to move the veg cab and that means more ducting hols and all that good stuff, but a Bears got to do what a Bears got to do. Take care and yeh this coco forum rocks.

That's confirmed. Think I read the same post. It is available at petsmart. They also carry $8 bags of coco croutons, they call it coco husk or something.
