Hi Red.
How's it going

I have 2 questions

First.
I have a Dutch Passion Blue Moonshine male that I'm thinking of breeding with.
I was wondering if you knew exactly what generation it was. I am thinking it is an F4 but I'm not sure. Is Blue Moonshine basically just as stable as blueberry for breeding? Also How do you think a True Blueberry x DP's Blue Moonshine cross would turn out? Would that be considered an F1 or what?

I don't have F13 but I have a question anyway about it
I have heard two stories about what it is
Some people say that it is an F5 of Flo
Others say It is a Flo crossed to a blueberry male
Can you shed some light on this

F13 is the least related to the indica crosses yielding the most vigor when breeding!

i have never heard of a blueberry being introduced to the flo line to create f-13..

i understand it is just a special female flo selection (#13) inbred with a flo male..

if blueberry was introduced that would mean the highland (juicy fruit) thai is present in the f-13.. which i doubt..

I asked about F13 because a while ago Red told me firsthand that F13 was a Flo crossed to a blueberry. I still have the pm actually. Since that time he has said that it an f5 of flo. One of which was an honest mistake I'm sure, but there are many who would probably like to know. Its tough being the info man for someone else's breeding projects so I understand how misstatements could be made
I didn't buy the F13 and instead got True Blueberry so that question doesn't really effect me, I'm just wondering

The blue moonshine question is what I'm more interested in, but I figured as long as I was here I might as well clear up the f13 lineage

All right boys....the F-13 was a f4 Flo mother that was hit with the F4 Blueberry male that was the big daddy in all the recent releases(he was a Sativa leaning fellow). As far as the DP BM I really don't know which generation it is as I have not seen whith my own eyes what they have been doing with it over the years. On the question of hiting the Blue Moonshine with a Blueberry creating an F1.....no. Both plants are from the all encompassing Blueberry line, therfore, in reality you would be inline breeding it.

I'm looking forward to my Blue moonshine/TBB cross even if it won't be an F1. Should turn out to be a nice indica dominant blue hybrid

or is it the ONLY one in dj's current lineup without juicy fruit worked into it?

i figured it was the original recipe (parents) from all the older flo releases..

No, the new release of the original Flo is from the original Flo parents.
