@ Core & Iceman:
The one I do love, just for the taste, the smell are the two on the back, the C5's... It may not be the most nice looking plant, but what a smell, so oriental spicy, just sniffing them whould make me high... And it is the most productive on... I also think that the C5 should get more space to show herself as she really is, without restrictions or scrogging her...

The nicest one to grow is the A5, the two on the front... The leaves are very sativa, the sterm can be bend and cracked like nothing I have seen... The buds are not covered with so much leaves as the C5 and much more sativa liked... The A5 can take higher nute levels (ec) and does look sexy as hell... :canabis:

Comparing to today's strains like SSH or Kalimist, the grow of those A/C5 ladies is much more vigorous, the sterm of the plant is so thick and the nodes are very strong... The stretch of the ladies was held under controle with the bleu lights in the first 6 weeks, otherwise they could have gone so high... The nutricients and shedule has been optimised for those strains, so it is hard to compare against a SSH or Kalimist with regular nutricients and without a detailled shedule...

And when you smoke a lot of weed each day, it is difficult to have a unique favorite strain... I have so much strains I love, the Sage & Sour was the one wich surprised me with the well balanced high and taste, Kushage aswell, I never thought I would love a non-haze strain like NYCD of Fighting Budha, or that the SSH and Kalimist would be overpowered by the C5... The C5 WAS my best tasting strain untill I went to the old guy and got a taste and sample baggie of his Mexican Haze, the strongest haze taste I have encountered so far...

So you see, live is full of surpises... :yoinks:

Update 04 06 07

Update 04 06 07

I have been supporting the buds, cause they couldn't hold their weight... Some buds were already lying (hidden) on the net, so I had to use a lot of bamboo sticks to hold them.

The Ph is still nicely on 5.8, they are getting 140% P&K and 60% N, in about 2 weeks I will be starting to flush those ladies.

Here are the pics:

No BigMac here, all the credits to those ladies and the special nutes from the oldguy...

the Mac stands for my other passion, the Apple Macintosh computers... and thanks for the good vibes.

I went to the oldguy yesterday, seems I am not growing the A5 on the front, as there was a mixt-up when I got the strains... but not to worry, those two girls on the front are HPH ( G13Haze x HashPlant ). I received a bud from him to compare, and yes, I could sent the same flavours and smell...

I am just trying to find a system to support the buds better, as they keep building up and the old guy told me it is just the start... The real fattening up should really start at the flush... :yoinks:

The problem is that I can not have some support from the top, cause the doulbe adjust-a-wing takes all the space, and I don't think I can get more bamboo's into the mapito/pots. So I think to take to wooden supports at each side somewhat higher then the upper buds, and to place a sreen on top of it, so I could spin some wires to support all what would need to be... Any other suggestions would be great... :wallbash:

take a cord fasten them from left wall to right wall and pull it tight, just under lights but besides the main tops of the plants and fasten them with something onto the cord...? i use the green iron wire for in the garden it allows you 2 fasten it tighter then a cord

Beautiful plants, thanks for sharing Mac. Reminds me of my fathers stories about getting absolutely blown from little pinner joints of Haze back in the day... losing his keys in his back pocket and stuff like that... good times

I am debating whether or not to order some Haze seeds at the moment. Reeferman claims to have "the Original Haze that all Haze hybrids were bred from".. Its labeled as Haze bros Original Haze, and the price aint bad (12 seeds for $75)... But I don't want to order until I'm certain he has the real old school Haze...I've been waiting for someone to verify its authenticity, but nobody seems to have it yet... I think I'm just gonna go ahead and order em actually, it would take forever for someone else to confirm (12-16 week flower, jeez)... I don't think he'd stress it's authenticity so much if it wasn't the real deal anyway..

Beautiful pics..., your plants look well taken care of. I'm gonna tag along and see how these ladies finish. Thanks again for sharing.

stoned regards, cvs

Oh yeah... here's the description from Reefermans website
Haze brothers origional haze crazzy old school this is the origional haze that all haze hybrids were bred from strong cat pissy super long flowering sativa that will blow your mind very special its back in all her glory these plants stretch like mad getting huge you will need to flower cuttings as soon as they root to keep plants under 6 feet tall medium yeilding the best breeding haze avalable today .
12 -16 weeks flowering time and worth the wait reasonable becouse no veg is required .

Catpissy...12-16 weeks flower... Super stretchy... Does that sound like Haze to you? I've never heard of Haze described as having a catpiss smell.. my father said it had an old woody incense smell, and tasted kinda like hash. And i wonder whats up with that flowering time too... Seems like it would be more specific than 12-16 weeks... I mean thats like a month long discrepancy in flowering time.

Any help from people with Haze knowledge would be appreciated!

Never tried Reeferman's stuff, but if you want some nice haze from seed I would rather advice to look at Skunkman's Skunk x OldschoolHaze or Flying Dutchmen's Original Haze as both haze comes from Sam himself. Another haze that is worth looking at is from AceSeeds, their Oldtimer Haze, got even some purple pheno's into it. The catpiss smell is known to be from hazes...

@ Core: I think I will go with the support screen, just a support bean left and right in the wall, and a framed screen suported by those beans...

Cheers

@ SB: only the HP13Haze and the C5 for this run. But I do have A5 or Mexican Haze for the next run. Still undecided...
