The Ready-Gro plug are the same thing as the Rapid Rooters. Was looking at them at the local hydro shop and they look the same. TK Do you plant on water the RG, buy flooding? If you flood them, i would think it would work. The only problem i see is the wilting of the clones.

I have used the Rapid Rootes before. They seem to dry out twice as fast as rockwool cubes.
I agree with BG, should do fine in Flood method. |

that's what the grapefruit mother clone was rooted into TK...
little rootech gel, and right into the plug. can take a couple weeks sometimes though to get roots, probably not as fast as your areo cloner. THC Last edited by THCesar; 09-12-2004 at 12:42 AM.. |

I love the aero cloners, so much faster and easier.

Works great Tex.
Ready Gro plugs are great. So is Rootech. I still love my GenHydro Rainforest 318 with just plain water the best. No hormones necessary, 100% rooted in usually 10 to 12 days. It is rediculously expensive and bulky in size, but it can double as an aeroponics system for flowering as well. Last edited by phototropic; 09-12-2004 at 04:16 AM.. |

Thanks everyone for the input.
I use the plugs now for seed plants and they work great. I just started playing with the Ready Gro hydro media and was curious. I am still an aerocloner champ Tex |
