Canna Rhizotonic Vs Bio Bizz Root Juice?
I need to pick up some more Rhizo soon, it has worked amazing for me so far, the roots are unreal! The only drawback is it's $84.95 CDN $'s a litre from the 'safe' supplier I normally get my nutes from. They also stock the Bio Bizz Root Juice at $49.95 for the 946 ml size.
Has anyone tried both of these? I normally would continue on with the Rhizo because IMO if it's not broken, don't fix it. BUT, due to some family issues as of late my hours at work have suffered and I am trying to save money where ever I can. Can someone who has experience with both gimme the low down on the Root Juice? I have been curious about the whole Bio Bizz line as an organic alternative for Coco as well, I'd love to give their products a try if they work well. Thanks

don't know the root juice, but if it's supposed to be a similar product, you should be ok using it. sorry i can't help with direct experience, as i've never used it. maybe get a small bottle to try it first?
hopefully someone will know about this product. |

I picked up more Rhizotonic as I could not find any info about the Root Juice in Coco. Here's a link to the description though
https://www.progressive-growth.com/pr...php?prod=30106 Says it has 30% HA as well, I'm guessing humic acid? Are there any Humics or Fulvics in the Rhizo? |

Maybe cracking open a bottle, if you can, of Root Juice and taking a whiff? I've never smelt anything as foul as Rhizotonic.

whew, almost forgot about this thread!
Still with the Rhizo, can't argue with the results. I will be grabbing some Root Juice sometime this summer to try a side by side at some point. Anyone else try it out yet? You won't get any arguments out of me on that clowntown, the Rhizotonic smells like a dirty dick. Last time I smelled that bad I had been out at the cabin without running water for a week and the lake still had ice on it so no bathing! If the Root Juice does'nt smell this bad then I don't think it'll work half as good. |

I use the root juice. Your talking about the bio-buzz gh stuff right. I love it I do find that it roots them very fast. I haven't used the canna before but I like the gh. I believe it says it is a cactus extract on the bottle.

yeah- i've tried them both in coco (no-not at the same time) one grow after the other etc
and IMO they both work equally well. And that's not a cop out either-i used Rhitzo first and didn't think anything else would work as well-then tried Bio-Bizz Rootjuice and got super quick roots, especially after re-potting. Now-after reading a thread on here (Bonecarvers i think) i'm spraying with Rhitzo occasionally. It is expensive tho-i would like to find a horticultural equivalent not aimed at the weed market as it would probably be about 1/4 of the price cheers eddieS

man, I saw the bio-boost the other day, WOW!!! I swear it was like $300 a liter or something absurd, maybe just $100+, but it was expensive, really expensive. In looking it really runs about $150 per liter or so. I find it really hard to believe that whatever the bio-boost does:
#1. Gains from using boost cannot be replicated (or close) by a much cheaper product #2. Using it is commecially viable, and you really get back what you put in. The rhizotonic is so absurdly priced, their really must be an equivalent product available for far less. I mean, it's not like the dose for rhizotonic is super low either. I've gone through about half liter already. Last edited by 1love1earth; 06-05-2008 at 10:32 AM.. |

Rhizo should be around $60 and Canna Boost at $100.
