mandala #1 and hashberry questions

hi mike and company,

i just purchased a pack each of hashberry and mandala #1. very exciting. thank you for the affordable prices.

i was curious about the following:

1. do you have any experience or anecdotes you can share about growing hashberry on a 12/12 cycle from seed? can you anticipate its growth pattern? if topped early (first 2-3 weeks), and flowered directly would it most likely form one main cola or several?

2. what about hashberry and mandala #1 F2s--i usually produce seed--will these be highly variable? have you tested F2s of any of your varieties? can you make any predictions about these two strains' potential F2s?

1. I have seen a grow like this is another forum - untopped. It was an impressive one-cola monster. Kind of like a big bottle-cleaner with crystals...lol
Topped at 2-3 weeks you will get several colas. You should read Mr. Postmans thread on Hashberry: excellent report on topped Hashberry and pics that will make you drool for the next few hours!!

2. You baaad boy... making your own seeds...lol
Hashberry won't be that variable but Mandala #1 will. I can't make predictions on potential since this depends on what parents you choose.

Cheers,
Mike

Why not veg for 1 month and LST it then flower? You'd spend 1 extra month doing it and get 2 to 4 times the yield...

thanks a lot Mike, I'm looking forward to trying your work. thank you again for the reasonable prices I respect you a lot for that.

rain - thanks for the suggestion, i have grown with veg before, but my current space-limited setup is 11/13 and i get a lower yield but i cycle my plants through faster and am able to keep them in the very small space i have.
