Dublin City Centre tap water

Anyone here use DUblin CC mains water for hydro systems, and if so have they ever got any sort of analysis/info? Im sure its quite hard, and needs ph down or similar. Any advice/experience?

some companies make nutes especially for hard water, i would look into that...the pH of the water and its hardness (initial ppm reading) are two separate issues...

I just got one in town today. Cost me twice what u paid! Guess thats the price u pay for not wanting to wait for postage etc. Its a Hanna meter. It measures in mS/cm rather than PPM. My readings are coming up as .5 EC/mS/cm
which converts (i think) to 320 PPM. That sound about right for hard water?

Also here i copied this from another of my threads ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I downloaded the video I GROW CHRONIC last night and it was the best video I’ve seen by far, it shows you how to set up a hydroponic grow room and it makes it seem so easy, will definitely have to try that setup. Download from link, there is many videos on this download so best thing to do is just download “I grow chronic” and uncheck the rest of them; you can download the rest another time if you like.

www.bitlord.com download this first ,then click the link to video above ,

This video is a must for anyone who is even thinking of going hydroponic, so simple even a monkey could do it.
