Yumbolt from humboldt

I have 3 yumbolt girls at 8 weeks now. I already sampled 2 of them, very tasty and pleasant high. Definitely top notch This one looks the best to me.

Groer,

Very juicy looking noogahs.
Does it taste sweet? What did you think of the yield?

Yield is not so great, they were slow to flower. I also had a bad ballast so that didn't help. Taste is piney, floral.

Hi groer, nice looking flowers man!
I like the yumbolt too! Mine has a real syrupy/sugary sort of taste. It is my current favourite late night smoke; nice and potent with a sleepy cosy stone.
Yield wise, I average about 25/26g per plant with 9 under a 250hps, so about a gram per watt. That's growing organically in soil. Hydro growers may do a bit better.
Enjoy your produce!
longshot.

Longshot,

Nice nugget there. The stone you describe sounds like it'll be my next evening strain. Currently going through some citral (nirvana), recommended. Thanks for the detail.

Try 65 days flwr.

Yes beautiful Yumboldt,

I grew a large yumbolt bush style in hydro a year ago and got a great yeild of a 400watt lite i got 9half - 10 ounces, yes she got away on me and didnt stop growing at the tops, lol, just like the Bubble berry does,
Very similiar plants these two i found,
only the b/berry were hard to flower for me , not the boldt,

When i 1st smoked her she had a nice berry flavour that i lost once cured,
but man it were like smokeing hash that 1st couple of times ya no,
then once i got used to it, it simply kept me extremely happy "
My only gripe would be the strong stone doesnt seem to last long,
how ever a mean plant sagamartha put togeather from a big handfull of differnt humboldt seeds given to em, as the story goes.

Yumboldt photos of myn.

and at 77 days this next one,

at exactly 65days i found the buds turning a darker golden color and stunk a tad more also, il get one of the tops that gew in knots like a loaf really,
heres the only one i had left of this at 65 days flower,

cheers,
Bambi.

I grew from seed and cloned the seed plants. I got 3 females, they're all drying now, I chopped a little early.

I had 1 that was really bushy and 1 that wasn't very bushy, and one in between. Here's the other 2 a couple weeks ago.
