Sensi Star and Strawberry Diesel in Aero40

I have two AeroFlo20's side by side, with 10 Sensi Stars and 10 Strawberry Diesels. These pics are day 5 in the tubes, came from a friend with an EZ-Cloner but had barely rooted. The roots are progressing nicely but the plants aren't showing any growth yet. I'm feeding them GH 3 part 1 part grow 2 parts micro 4 parts bloom. I want to run just the lucas formula so its 1 part micro to 2 parts bloom but I didn't get that info until after the first mix. TDS is 200, PH 6.0. Had a slight problem one day with water temps hitting 80 but past that now and maintaining water temps of 75 and below. Running the lights 18/6. Right now Im using an old 400 MH but I'm going to put in my new digi hortilux 600 HPS today and then when they get bigger space them out into every other spot and run two 600 digis. Im using a 12" Vortex exhausted into attic, but run on a dimmer because its a bit of overkill. I have three passive intakes to an open window. Any input is appreciated!

^ agreed Nice set up! I got a sensi star x chronic cross flowering at the moment it seems to resemble the star much more. I will be interested to see your star!
Good luck with this grow!

4 Days later, ran out of battery on camera so couldn't get pics of roots but the roots are 4x bigger. The new growth is not very impressive, I think it's too much bloom because it looks like they are half ass flowering. I added some more micro and some grow. Now its 320 PPM and 6.0 PH. Water temps are around 74 on average - going to try and keep them lower. Definitely going to net these as the clones came kinda spindly. Hopefully we will be ready to go in 5 more days to flower.

Heres some pics of some plants vegging in Ocean Forest Soil and Canna Coco under a T5 flourescent. Going to use these as mothers, all from seed except the two Super Shivas in Coco. I have NL X Big Bud, Mod X DreamWeaver and AK47 I think. And the two big ones are Bullrider which I have grown before and love. Oh and the weird one is a revegging Purple Kush which I have just seen harvested and is definitel Purple Kush. Just feeding them RO water and fox farm grow big. Think I might have a little PH problem because I've never PH'd the water I'm feeding them.

Setup the two 600s and it was way too hot. Going to try and put in an AC, so we went back to the one 400 for a couple more days until we can get the cooling figured out. Also going to get a bigger rez to hopefully keep the water temps down, and maybe use a computer fan on the rez as well. Any other ideas would be appreciated as the roots are slightly brown from rot already. Also running 1/2tsp per gallon of hydrogen peroxide to help with the rot. Growth is looking pretty good, we seperated them to run the two 600s but put them back together for now under the 400. The veg room is looking real nice.

tried to put in a portable ac and couldn't really get it to work too well. so we got some cool tubes and hooked up a direct exhaust to the lights. we also changed out the 12" vortex for a 6" and put in an intake from the window with another 6" on the dimmer. re-inforced the resevoir and these pics are 4 days into flowering. just checked them last night at 6 days and they are really taking off. they are growing kind of thin so we lowered the lights and are increasing the PPM every day. now we are running 700 PPM 6.0 PH with the base 3-2-1 (GMB) GH from the veg and now putting in nutes at 1-2-3. The two super shivas and one purple kush are now in 5 gallons on the side.

day 9 of flowering... trying to decide if we should put in a screen now and do a scrog or just put in a net later for support. ph is at 6.2 PPM at 800. any suggestions on additives to the 1-2-3 GH formula?

HARRY! Now up to 1100 PPM with 1-2-3 GH and a little epsom salt and running a little lower PH at like 5.7. There was just a spot of mildew (prob from having the rez uncovered for a day or two) so we ran the sulfur burner and seemingly solved that problem. This is day 14 flowering, still the same rez for about 24 days, thinking about running a flush but there doesn't seem to be any lockout. It looks like they might be done with the major stretch. The sensi stars are a little shorter for the most part then the strawberry diesels, and the back row of diesels looks perfect. Next time we will have better clones since we will do it ourselves and all one strain so it should be a better even canopy and a little more full. All in all it looks good, we just hope to get an elbow to break even on our investments - anything more then that will be a bonus. Just added two more soil plants on the side - a bullrider and a NL X BigBud. The shivas and the kush on the other side in dirt look really good.

NOBODY HAS ANY REPLIES?
