Well, she is finally taking off now..but I'm still not satisfied in the way I have been treated in my situation with these seeds as I live in the United States.
This sucks!!! I cant get my 5 pack replaced.

Hi Treetops i,ve been trying from November 2006 to get my Doctor seeds replaced and i still have,nt seen them even after being told twice they had been sent, but they where never sent period!,funny thing is and the part i don,t understand is, why is it ok for the American people to buy these seeds but it,s a completley different story when it comes to replacing them??. Seeds are sold as legal soveniers in my country so i don,t have this problem i also gave the ghs,co all the info, and eventually the only pics of the only two seeds that germed that my wife had taken but still does,nt seem to be enough. It was your posts that got me started in my quest to get my seeds replaced..I paid $83.29 for a Breeders 5 pk..I have been told by Gypsy Nirvana, that if Green House would send them the seeds he would gladly send them to me...But none as yet...Why havent I gotten them? I see guys in the U.S. are getting their test seeds?

Maybe now we will both be compensated for our loss's in this regard..Lets hope and pray for great results...

Hey! Treetops i know where your coming from and i,m glad that posting my complaint in this forum helped you voice yours too.
i nearly spent as much in dollars as you did yourself Treetops but money is hard to come by just to throw it down the drain, $83.29 = 42.4121 GBP this is quite a bit of money to put out on 5 seeds for like one plant, i paid roughly £7.00GBP less than you Treetops but hey! i got to seeds to germinate one that never used any nutes and the other one was just dead wood that did,nt seem to like it,s leaves much either, flowered for 11 weeks and i neither saw a pistil or a trich in that flowering window not one, it stayed green from start to finish a total nute hog that did nothing only from a big pot of salad i can only be honest about this Greenhouse.

I know i was looking forward to getting them replaced as i would have liked to have posted better results and to have said more positive things instead of rambling on but you can,t post results if you can get your replacements.

The week that Franco said they where being sent i had two orders from Seedbay and Seedboutique and thinking he had sorted something out with Gypsy so GH was,nt doing anything wrong, but i was wrong, and there is no reason those seeds would,nt arrive as in our country buying seeds is the norm it,s the growing thats not like most countries, so how would GH be breaking the law? they would,nt in my opinion.
The Doctor thread has went very quite these days, no complaints about seeds in their now so i,m taking it the rest of the Doctor crew got theirs sorted? then again maybe not, i don,t know.

Maybe now we will both be compensated for our loss's in this regard..Lets hope and pray for great results...

i hope so but i,lle certainley pray with you Treetops lol as i really can,t see 15 seeds breaking their seed bank but hey! that why the rich get rich by giving nothing away...........i really do hope you get this sorted out man and hope that you will have better luck than me as someone else said you deserve another go at this with the proper seeds as that girl you,ve got going looks fine so i hope this goes your way, as i surely know what way your feeling about this.

As for the test seeds i think the testers had them sent on by Dutchgrown after Gh sent them to her as far as i know i,lle check this thread to see if you have made any progress with your goods sorry for the long post but i just wanted to explain this they way it is...talk to you soon Treetops and goodluck with this....Hashish

Thanks for the comeback...Hmmm, now what can Franco and now Gypsy Nirvana say in this regard...
It would seem that all parties involved, Seedboutique, and Green House Seeds would want to put this issue to bed, so to speak. Just replace our seeds and be done with it. Then everyone can see that these guys arent just out for the " Dollars" as many people have proclaimed. Let the good deeds of both seed companies show they are "stand up" companies!!!!

Now that Franco is back from "holiday" lets see how things progress in this matter...

As far as i know the Seed vendor replaces the seeds....When there is a problem with many of the vendors (in the venor forums)they replace the seeds...I know the majority replace beans..
I do not think Gypsy replaces seeds due to the amount he would be responsible for...

Soma,Rez,Shanti,OGBub,Mandala Mike,Heads, and others all replace beans....
Does not matter where you live...

Hell theres only just a very few countries that allow cannabis/cannabis seeds legally...That sure gets those guys off the hook as far as replacements go....

Looking at Francos sig he can't even give me advice on my test grow with me being in the US....

Yes, I agree with you on that issue, and I want to make it clear..Gypsy did email me, and tell me, that if Green House would send them the replacement seeds he would send them to me, no problem..but as one can see, no seeds for me as yet..

So I have no idea as to why I am having these problems..

It just makes no sense anyway you look at it...

Will be interesting how you will get any advice like you said.

well if Gypsy said he would do the sending that should take all the pressure off the greenhouse as far as having to send the seeds...they should certainly be able to send 10 replacements of each of their strains to a company as big as the boutique and seedbay...That way they would be there if a customer has a legitamate complaint...

Hey treetops i found them ok they sent me a 10 pack of HS fems after i bought 10 +2 germed the pack GHSco sent through as replacements only 3 germed so im a little pissed off hashish u should also be compensated for ur beans as should treetops its not hard to send to the vendor u got them from ive pm franco+contacted the GHSco on there website i dont but beans from anybody other than GHSco so if they cold shoulder me il be relly pissed the thing is the GHSco sent me the beans so im waiting to hear back ive got faith in them jst now bcause they havent let me down yet but wel c what happens il let u guys who are having trouble knowif i get a reply..peace out..

Hey! bluegrass thanks for your interest i know how it all works i have given the ghs,co everything they needed and a full explanation through email many times from November 2006 detailing my grow room and the problems i encountered with the particular seeds purchased.
Franco ask for a safe addy and that addy was given and he was given the addy again on the first day they setup on the boards.
As for the vendor i bought these from has stopped selling all the new ghs,co because of more problems than the guy could handle i mean the guy was at breaking point with some customer over refunding money as they did not want anymore seeds, which was understandable. The first email i sent to Ghs,coi got a reply from Heiko from telling me it had been forwarded on to the manager of the seed company, then franco told me in this situation it,s their policy to replace the seeds as there had been alot of problems with the doctor and the matter would be dealt with, well it,s now the 2nd of March 2007 yeah! around 4-1/2 months i have been told twice they where sent....NOT.

strange thing is the doctor is always outta stock on their website but Franco ask me if there was anything i saw around the same price, i told him the price i paid for the doctor and offered to take the Hawiian Snow and i would put the rest of the money to it to make up the difference but i got no reply i have tried in every way to work with this company and there staff with no joy.
Anyway bluegrass hope it all works out for you too man and Treetops also,but i,m tired of thinking about this i have no more avenues to go down, fuck if i thought physically sending those doctors back i would gladly have done it for them.
i heard other stories about the doctor and have seen photos 10 times worse than mine it,s all out there, loads of their loyal customers and experienced growers had this very problem and worse.
what made me even more angry about it it was my 2006 christmas crop and ended up having to buy kiddie smoke (soapbar) as the whole country had dried up well thats about it bluegrass hope your problems get sorted easier than some folks i know and it,s not the doctor they want replaced either, hang in there Treetops we can only try and work our way through this...Regards Hashish...Go easy
