Here are pix of the HS seedlings at 7 days above ground...

The five in a row at the bottom of the pix are the HS seedlings... all five have come up however as you see one is smaller than the other four..

Great to hear about your grow man!! feel free to drop some pix in this thread~~ something for me to shoot for :-)

I have a "Sativa" room the lights can be raised to over 6 feet... and my Sativa gals are all fallin in the next two wks (including an interesting Arjans Haze #1 x trueblueberry ).. so there is their spot!!... think I might start a few more "Sativa girls" to go with these though... the room likes about 10 all together!!..

The HS seedlings are looking GREAT including the runt, which is coming along nicely... I have noticed the seedlings in the canna organic soil look nicer than ANY of the seedlings HS or otherwise, that are in just STRAIGHT canna coco... I am sure it has to do with the available nutes in the soil vs. coco...

I will be updating with more pix in few dayz.

Peace

Howdy Jerseydro... Your H-Snow is looking awsome!!..

I have a room with 2 1000's 1mh 1hps that I can raise the lights to about 6 feet.. so the plants could get close to that with no problems.... when you bend are you "creasing" the branch so that the tip 6 inch or so is actually hanging down sorta?? you know what I mean? I don't mind even breaking a branch about 6-18 inches down then letting that work itself back upright... that approach usually works on a lanky sativa up to the third or even fourth week of bud.... Franco what do you think???.
As far as takin clones ABSOLUTELY... I have taken buds off and cloned them (wanted to make DAMN sure the plant re-veged or the bud rooted and re-veged) when I REALLY wanted to protect the strain.... it will prby still continue budding even if you root under 24hrs... BUT it will eventually re-veg..bout 30-45days depending on how hard the strain is to pull out of bud mode, you'll see vegative growth... usually sativa are easier than some fat indicas... but then I've found the opposite to be true too. :-)

Thanks for the updates.... and please keep this thread updated with your pix!!
I am really impressed by my HS now.. I see remarkable growth in these seedlings... as the new pix will show

Peace
BB

cant wait to see how yours turn out with 2000w on 10 plants i vegged mine under 1 600w mh and they were growin 2in a day at one point. i bent the shit out of the tops i tied led fishiing weights to the tops so they were hangin down atleast 6in an hour later they were lookin back up with the side brachs comin up to. incredible how strong they are, stems are about the size of a quarter at the bottom and fatter where i been bendin them it looks like i got 20+ plants not 10 im gonna take 3 more cuttings today and try clonin again for the last time on this grow i got 3 90w cfl 1 3ft floro, rootech clonin gel and thrive alive red and green im gonna put them right into a system with a drip this time and hope to god they root and do not dry up i tried putting them in rockwool and keepin the bottom moist, failure, 2nd time i poked holes in plastic cups put the cuttings in there and misted the bottoms died even faster now i got a small system ready to go and im giving it one last try ill have some new pics later 2 day

For a GUARANTEED clone.... get a 10 or 16oz dixie cup... cut holes in bottom of course.. throw some coco or promix or sunshine.. (I know these three will work.. must be airy but still hold lots of moisture some dirt packs to tight) in the cup... put your clone in the dirt... soak the dirt (don't water log it.. but SOAK it cause your not addin anymore moisture untill it roots), cover the clone with a non-ziploc baggie. Twist is around the cup so it seals around the cup.. then put it under that 3 foot flor.. the others are too strong... keep the 3 foot at least 1 foot above the clones... up to 2 feet(EVEN BETTER).... if ya can put them on a timer with 20 on 4 off.. (your pulling em out of bud too) and uncapp(take baggie off) in 12-14 days or when there are roots... use a CLEAR cup and u will see the roots without having to dump the thing out of the cup...
This will GUARANTEED work... the secret is the flora lite being at least 1 to 2 feet above.. the baggie sealin around the cup and the light goin off for a few hours each day, this allows the baggie to get condensation inside of it.. during the dark period..

Good luck on the clones however you take though.... I'm gonna add pix on Monday.. so see ya all then!!

UPDATE: here are a couple new pix of the HS seedlings... shown in a row at the bottom of the pix... the TWO larger seedlings and the runt on the farthest right, are all in Canna organic mix... the other two are in canna coco..
I think from now on I will put ALL seedlings into the canna organic.. and then to coco.

Peace
BB

Jersy I love ur plants man... they look REALLY nice, and full... they will most certainly need some suppot before there done, don't ya think? or I should say HOPE!!! LOL

Yeah my HS are really startin to take off.. I'm really pleased... I hope u share ur nute mix... I see ur hydro.. I'm coco.. but using many of ur same nutes.. :-)

I started 5 SSH yesterday hopin to be able to grow them with these HS girls I got... I just harvested a Arjans Haze #1 crossed with a True blueberry.. the smoke was just ready tonight.. well sorta.. hehehe anyways.. it was EXCELLENT... much better than BB for sure I can hardly wait to see how this HS is to puff... Its GOT to be better than anything I've grown, lately anywayz...
Here is a pic of a Nevilles Haze that is about 9wks right now.... so I expect to cut it in another 3 wks... prby around the time I will be dropping these Hawaiian Snows into bud...

I''m gonna be using a variation of ur LST techniquie... I like the fishing weight deal for when they are bigger...

How many dayz are ur ladies??? The only thing I have noticed is they are not showin any "Snow Cones" yet..... this girl must take a while before she startes showing flower huh??

Well take care...I'll be droppin some more pix this weekend.... prby about the same time u will be right Jersey?? LOL... thanks again..
