Mr. Nice Shit
Has anyone grown Shit before? There seems to be some discrepancy in terms of the flowering time...anywhere from 40 days to 9 weeks.

Took a few pics...here's my Shit, heh. This was taken some time ago so I'll add something more recent at a later date. Just a simple soil based grow with 400W HPS. Soil is Sunshine mix #4 and wild thing liquid nutrients are being used, in addition to Boom Bloom once flowering is initiated. I have since put up reflective material in my growspace, so please don't shoot me down just yet! |

Here's a shot at Day 16...seems like they're coming around! I have noticed that these plants can really handle strong fertilizer solutions, but I am still being cautious as I am still not an expert when it comes to providing the plants with optimal nutrients. Unlike my previous grow, these plants don't have a very strong aroma yet; it is a sharp smell with a hydrocarbon quality to it. I'm looking forward to the end result!

it's a very interesting and easyworkable plant....expect medium yield with a very pleasent orange candy aroma and agreeable high just like a light superskunk who tend to indica.
flowering time it's around 55-65 days...one week more is always the best issue

I'm really happy with this grow...no signs of any deficiencies whatsoever, which is great because it's my first time seeing what a truly healthy plant should look like, heh.
This is day 30. The aroma from these plants is still very slight, though upon shaking the plants, they release a citrus-like smell; it is quite similar to orange! It seems as though the colas are very close to the light, but they are at least 9-10 inches or so. I had a minor light burn problem and so I decided to pinch the apex of some of the colas off to see if they would fatten. They drink around 2 litres of water each day, and I feed them with 2 litres of ~1800ppm fertilizer solution every 3 waterings. Last edited by Lan; 03-25-2007 at 11:58 PM.. |
