WOOHOO! Grow it Bean!

I have popped 2 ChunkyCheese and have one remaining. Its growth seems stunted for its age (4.5 weeks and at 4"). I will share my results on this strain when finished, otherwise I have Krush x DC, and Bubbachunk growing.

Thanks for the opportunity to grow these, Bean.

sorry i didn't answer this directly earlier.. thank u firstly, 2ndly, no firm release date, I just want to be sure that I'm not pumpin' out junk just for a namesake cross.. So I have 5 fems, like growin' a pack.. I've sent out a couple-few 100 for testing or more, but testin' takes time..

I'm hoping to have some stuff sellin' under the HTC name at seedboo/seedbay within' a month, but I don't want to jump the gun just because i could use the $, as that's not the way Bub or I like to do things..

once I'm confident they'll be worthy of release I'll announce it here. I'll still need to plan everything out properly as far as gettin' them to Seedbay/boo.

Altho I could always pull them after the fact if further/longer testing proves them not to be winners.. It's hard to ait for all the test beans to be grown.. as any seedmaker/breeder knows only maybe 50% of yer test beans get tested properly or even grown out.. some people are jus seed whores and that's the way it is.. But I'm happy with the turn out so far, and i know a bunch of people are doing outside grows of all the crosses this yr.. so don't think I am not apreciative of the ones that are growing them

thanks for the updates LK/Eph, lookin' chunky so far..

I'm sure there will be a few corny cheese jokes jetz there always is  I'm probly guilty of a few myself :p

Altercow, that's very interesting that it seems stunted.. mine were one of the more vigorous of the bunch.. maybe you'll see the problem at transplant? maybe it's a mutantish slow grower or odd pheno, i would guess it's a hidden issue that will work it's self out.. keep us updated tho..

My flowerin girls are all at about 40-45 days and some are starting to look done.. turns out there are 3 distinct phenos so far.. cheese dom, 50/50 and DC dom.. most being in the 50/50.. but it's hard to say for sure as 1/2 were grown with verticle light and 1/2 were grown with normal light, and that usualy plays with the phenotype a bit..

pre harvest pics soon..

Bean-

Yes, it is odd, and I cannot account for its lack in vertical growth in my personal grow routine, but I have only germinated 2 seeds thus far. Out of 2 seeds your assumption of the odd mutant is very probable and I would lean towards that, too. I will be happy to post pics later in the week of it, whether it turns out male or female, so you can view for yourself and make a diagnosis. I could very well be feeding this baby wrong (I usually chock most things up as operator error, the rest of the time I shake my fist at the sky, towards God).
