Sativa grow [Finished]
Hi
I'm just getting started on my 5th grow in a new setup. It was a year since my last grow - I've been moving around a bit and haven't found a place suited for this until now. So my setup is totally new and needs some testing and adjusting during this grow for future grows to be even better. For now I've got a 250w MH in an area 45x55cm and aprox 150 in high (though lamp and fan takes some room at the top). Later on I will switch to a 250w HPS. The seeds for this grow are Citral Skunk x Haze Special. I'm still just getting started so it'll take a while before the bud-pics are coming but please feel free to comment anyway. I'm 25 f from southern sweden. Previous grows where posted at OG and all the pics dissapeared :/ But I did try SOG, SCROG and LST. My favourite strains are Purple Haze (haven't grown this one myself - hard to find) and Twilight (dp - outdoors plant but grows well inside aswell). looking forward to this grow and hope everything works out all-right Last edited by Tayla; 05-23-2007 at 03:43 PM.. |

Hi,
here are some pics of the small ones, there are 3 this size.. Temps are steady at 29-35 C. Rh is still low... couple of days later: They don't look very sativa to me.. but the mix has some citral in it so maybe that's dominating more than I thought, haven't tested theese seeds before and haven't read or seen anything about them either.. I had some other seeds from a friend that said he got them in Jamaica but they wouldn't germinate... Hopefully one of theese is a female... Last edited by Tayla; 02-11-2007 at 08:59 PM.. |

Hi!
I've repotted today to bigger (tecu 15). The top left is a bushweed plant and the other 3 are Citral Skunk x Haze Special. They stopped growing cause I was late with the transplant but I hope they will recuperate quickly now. Do you think adding some Rhizotonic (canna) will help minimize the transplant chock? Temps are down in the pics cause I had the door open while working.. Normally they are around 30. I have the lights on 24hrs/day since I can't aford a timer yet (I'll get one next week). I noticed my big pots were to big, I can only fit 2 in there so I'm going to flower some clones in another area later on and hopefully get at least 2 females, choose the 2 that I feel like growing out and switch to 12/12 in my main growarea - while revegging the clones to make mothers in my smaller one. Take care all /t |

I ended up with a different set of plants than planned. Now I have a CS x HS - probably female - just started showing preflowers, one unknown strain (bushweed) female, and a Skunk Special from a friend (female seeds).
I only have room for 2 big pots in there but I haven't decided yet if I should keep the bushweed or Skunk Special ( it would be fun to grow the bushweed and see if I can get something nice out of it, also the SS is smaller and slow-growing because of some ph-problems in it's youth). What do you think? I'm going to repot when I'm certain the csxhs is a female - tomorrow or the next day. Skunk Special: Citral Skunk x Haze Special: Unknown: New pics in a couple of days after transplant. take care /t |

Today I transplanted 2 of them into bigger pots. I watered with rhizotonic (canna) but I don't know if that'll make any difference.
I took a couple of clones from the csxhs because I have room for 2 more small pots so I can flower a couple more plants and get maybe 10-15grams more. I'll wait a week or 2 before switching to 12/12 (so the clones can root). the unknown looks a bit weak but I recon it'll be allright.... /t |

Switched to 12/12 a couple of days ago. My healthiest plant looks great and has really got bushy. The other (unknown) is getting better aswell, the new growth looks normal though the old still has the U-look of the leaves.
I'm still not a 100% sure the nice one is a female, but I have seen one single female preflower - just can't find it anymore ![]() Hoping for flowers showing soon. Have 3 clones still no roots but they look healthy and show signs of rooting.. /t |

Flowering for 1 week now and I've switched to the HPS (250w).
The largest plant is my Citral skunk x Haze special and I'm glad it's so healthy but it takes most of the closet space and light ![]() The other plants are 2 CS x HS clones, newly rooted and just put into the flowering chamber, 1 bushweed plant, looks like it's suffering but it's got three tops so I hope it'll still produce some weed and 1 skunk special in a pot that will no doubt be to small but I can't fit any bigger - hopefully it won't be a waste.I've also got a clone in another cab on 18/6 with 125w CFL - this will hopefully become a small and neat bonsai mom... /t Last edited by Tayla; 03-23-2007 at 12:21 PM.. |

Looking good to me, my swedish cousin.
I'm dreaming of growing haze strains, but that won't work out with cfl's. But I do have Apollo11 in there.
