Post Irish Cannabis market survey---what?/where?/how much?

Would like to establish a database for cannabis available in ireland.

Heres my experiances...

Cannabis Resin ( Hashish, Hash)

Soapbar - Havnt seen any for a while. Thank god.

Pollen (polm) - I have seen a few varities of this over the years in ireland.

...Top quality morrocan polm (90euro a 1/4 ounce : Rare: Available from connoisseurs and small time importers) to soapbar soaked with parifin to soften it. everything in between is still on the side of low quality (40-60euro 1/4 ounce: Available on occasion and increasingly replacing soapbar from commercial drug smugglers).

In almost always the quality seems to be better then regular soapbar. With a higher cannabis to adulterants ratio.

Herbal Cannabis

Outdoor Irish Cannabis - low Medium quality

Imported land Race weed - Increasingly popular due to our multi cultural country.
Southern African Cannabis Sativa. Normally pressed with seeds and stems. (30-50 euro 1/4 ounce) Contains low to medium levels of THC. Contains some adulterants. Sharp snappy high

Eastern european weed - i have a limited experience with this product. classified as Cannabis ruderalis

Comercail Indoor weed - Imported from UK and Europe. various qualitys. Various prices. The majority of this cannabis is also brought to you by the same gits that brought you soapbar. adulterants can include metal filings (weighs more) Cement, walpaper paste powder and other powders (to simulate thc crystals).....

Indoor grown weed - . Contains medium to high levels of thc. Evolving out of the grow your own culture that has become popular in ireland at the moment. High prices (and the fact i cant find alot of it.) have inhibited me from becoming familiar with this. The scene seems to be in its early days and hopefully will become more popular.

Just heard yesterday they are looking for 15 euro a gram for weed in cork. thats over 430 an ounce!!!! someone is making a few quid....

was getting decent polm for 40 a q but then that supply ran dry and the slate stuff replaced it...not the same.

normally

weed - 280 euro an ounce

bush weed - 100 euro an ounce

soap - 80 an ounce

polm - 160 an ounce

havent seen squidgy in years

that caramello stuff is nice though again 10 euro a gram or so. considering u can get it in spain for 2 euro a gram its abit pricey but hey beggars cant be fussy....lol

Also i'd love to know where the cops get their prices from cos its always bumped up. if they werent confiscating it they'd be getting ripped off big time ...lol.... what streets do they go to value em at?... D4 by the sounds of it!

what is happening to this country? €15 a gramme? i have heard of 20 in some parts of this island. wtf? i wonder if rumours of a europe wide supply drought are true. the uk doesn't have this problem i think as home grown plays an enormous role over there, about 50%. but a dutch friend told me coffee shops were finding it hard to source good gear. has demand increased beyond what the supply can take care of, or are we being rightly fucked?

Ive struggled to get good commercial this side of Wales much like you guys(herbal soap basicaly, not nice..), good homegrown also..but its who you know when it comes to that. I was chattin to the dude in a growshop, in Dublin or somewhere n he was sayin how herb s scarce unless you grow your own..i sure hope it catches on for you guys. Do you get a lot of decent outdoor grows, or is it hard to find somthing that will finish?

Would be wicked to acclimatise a strain to your micro-climate, then the buds would quite literaly grow on trees..

Jah bless..
