Overgrow servers

Its been a year since OVERGROW 'S demise and nothing definative has been stated about the location or condition on the Overgrow servers.
I find it hard to believe that they are sitting in some rented space gathering dust awaiting its owner to come forward and claim them.
If its safe, in whose possession is it??? If no one knows its status is it correct in assumming the the authorities have it and are poring over its contents at this very minute?
Gypsy are you there ?? Rosie Cheeks how about you?? We are all not so lucky to be in a country where growing and possession of the herb is legal.
We (Ex-Overgrowers) as a group have been assured that all is right in the growing world, but if this is the case WHERE ARE THE SERVERS

You know it weird you ask all this now , as i was just thinking about all those very same things you just said .Just the other day , I was also wondering if anyone knows what is goes on with rc, ie has anyone called him to see how things are ?.I forsure would love to know about the servers and were they actuly are .I still think if they are ok, and thats a big if. Then its the worst waste to have all that info out there doing nothing just lost in cyber space og and cw .

all we know that they had, and what was in the picture, which was confiscated from RC's residence, was not the actual OG servers from the ISP, but instead just an old BACKUP hard drive, and the brand-new servers that had never yet been installed in the planned upgrade. what good would pouring over the data on a backup drive do them, unless some growers had been careless enough to leave their personal info laying around there in posts or pm's? and even then, that data would be few years old, and likely outdated. if the RCMP ever did go get the actual servers that were in use at the time of the bust, i've seen no evidence of that, and besides, all the IP's were automatically wiped when RC had them turned off via phone. my guess is that the isp or RC probably has them stored somewhere safe.

I think if you know the consequences of what you are doing then it should be your responsibility to take care of your own security. Of course you have to expect that the servers are NOT in safe hands. Did you not think that maybe one day the cops would like to look at the O.G. servers? Was that so hard to imagine?

I am positive that no one in the cannaforum biz wants anything bad to happen to there members, but they cannot protect you from yourself.

fact of the matter is that if you upload incriminating evidence ,that is your choice ,no one forces you to do it. remember most countries prohibit marij cultivation.

I don't necessarily have anything on them to concern myself, that said we've (former OGer's) been assured a number of times that the servers are in good hands " no worries"
There've been no updates no nothing (something else we were told would happen). How is RC case coming along?
Security is a key component of our well being so therefore communication is vital. Security is my problem of course ILLIN but alot was said by alot of people stating our security was not compromised. 1 year later is it not okay to question?

maybe it was a co-incidence but i had a lot of trouble regarding security right about the same time the servers went down. like i said was probably just a co-incidence.
