i was thinkig about something i heard on my local radio station
it was for volenteer work all over asia and india
what i was thinking was take it up see the world help people and pick up sum quality landrace genetics from the east
good idea or not?

To sum it up: Good idea.

Though, if you visit India, be sure to visit Pakistan as well. And what spots in Asia are you contemplating visiting? If you want to head to Laos, do it quickly. The "scene" is deteriorating rapidly. And if you head up to 'Nam, be sure to visit Na Thrang.

Where else in Asia are you planning to head out to anyways??

prob thailand and goa
might step over to pakistan as i want to check out kashmir aswell

I am in Thailand now. I am not a volunteer, but I know there are volunteer opportunities...Google can help ya with that. Thailand is an awesome country, be wary of southern Thailand as there is a lot of fighting/bombing happening there.
