what ever happened to "african seeds" company?

i have a seedling of their swazi skunk goin right now, still unsexed .... but it was the only 1 that made it out of the pack :| i think i just noobed it up when i tried to germinate the first round of seeds.

it looks really exceptional tho for it's size very nice symetrical (sp?) braching if this one turns out male it'll be flowered out for testing for sure.

Check the Congo lines for any Black. Just might find a gem in there.

I don't wish to be rude, but it is something of a stretch to call Swazi Skunk a true African strain -

Afropips has true-breeding heirloom landrace - Swazi Redbeard (Roibaard) from Nkomati in Swaziland, Nigerian, and Malawi Gold from Nkhotakota

ACE are said to be releasing some of their landraces later this year too - at the minute they have a Congolese cross (a little Chitral in there on the male side); and the Bangi Haze, which has some Congolese genes

There is also the Zamal from Gypsy - from La Reunion, which is at about the same latitude as Malawi, and is a pure landrace

Seedsman also has some pure landrace; there is also a Moroccan-based strain called Sandstorm, from Cannabiogen; and the Senegal Haze from Afropips: Cassamance Senegalese x (Neville's Haze/Super Silver Haze)

and Bambaata, from Tiki has some Namibian genetics in it

Mano Negra has a good stock of African genetics, as does Zamalito ... over on ***** there is a fella looking to share some Gambian seeds he has

I would love to see some non commercial strains from africa it just seems like a gold mine for anyone who wants to put the effort into finding seeds as myself I like working strains that dont have a commercial "touch" because what they are looking for I might not be? I bet if any of you guys started a thread to if there was interest i bet you would find some if not a lot
