Prices in Florida
i'm just wondering if this guy is trying to rip me off. He's charging me 100 dollars for just regular weed for just one ounce. I think he's fucking with me cause before he said it only costs 60 bucks for an ounce last week. What do you think?
This isn't like, some super strong weed either...it's just regular stuff. Typically, how much does an ounce cost in the state of Florida

My brother lives there and deals with alot of different FL. buds.
Which of these do you have Just regular Reg $50 oz if you know the right person Kickass Reg $100 oz if youknow the right person. There are two different types of REG in central florida and it sounds like you have the first one. If you have the first one, you should be paying $60 oz and if your paying $100 your getting the tourist price. Good luck |

Let me breakit down some
Regular REG Good weed, has nice color and is seeded. You can tell it was grown outside. Most of it comes from Gainsville. Kickass REG Is also good looking weed, but with very few seeds if any. My brother sent me some seeds from a killer bag and it only had three seeds in the whole oz. This stuff is also grown outside, but better care is taken. I would thing they are the same strain, but the better stuff is taken care of alot better and most males are weeded out. Alot of the stuff in grown in Gainsville in the fern fields and the mexicans take care of it for the Bosses. Hope this helps some And for some of you people that are thinking that i just gave a sercret away. Well everyone knows where the weed is grown. The question is do you want to cross the people that grows acres of the stuff. It is not a uncommon things for a few mexicans to just up an vanish for stealing from the crops and this does apply to rippers in FL. Later |

I'd actually disagree.
(But in the nicest way!) ![]() Gainseville hasn't seen much commercial outdoor growing since the late 1980s....and they heyday was the 70s,when G'Ville was essentially a hippie colony. It ended when the Brothers got nailed by the DEA using floats in the swamps....and one's still in prison,I believe. Nasty DEA family-destroying tactical b.s. tended to dampen enthusiasm. There's a throwback or two left, but most of that dreck-ass herb $50-$100/oz.comes from Mexico or Columbia, care of Miami. Micanopy Moonbeam aka Gainseville Green.... **And I have some of the last Mi Moonbeam seeds known, thanks to Jeast, who shared them before his unfortunate legal snafu which resulted in the loss of his rare and precious seedstock. Just my .04 Euro Cheers! |

I agree with Rez on this one, most of the Reg's as they call it here is Mexi brickweed, 25%seeds, 25%stems, 50% bud. Really brown looking stuff and all the buds are smashed flat.

Right on REZ! I remember that potent "Gainesville Green". Down in the south 1/5th of the state there is "Regs", most of it is brown nasty mexican brick like weed that sells for $50 to $75 an oz. And then there is "Krips", which is usually decent and sometimes very good. It can go as high as $400 an ounce. I am fortunately out of the loop and have found a method that produces a much better quality product at very little cost.
